La habitación era grande. Tenía cocina equipada y heladera .

El personal que nos recibió, que fue a la tarde, muy prepotente . Si bien no nos trató mal. No fue cálida la bienvenida. En el desayuno no hay nada más que café y magdalenas. Que si llegas al límite del horario no queda nada. El lejos de los atractivos turísticos, sin auto no recomiendo este hotel.

Extended Stay America Midtown in Las Vegas is a fairly good value for what it has to offer.

The location is good, and fee parking plus no "resort fees" was nice.

I have stayed here many times over the past 12 years or so and the property is showing some age, but still a decent value.

Ok clean . Strange stain from the refrigerator, maybe a previous leak. Very small room with a full bed .

Good

Staff is very friendly and up front about their services and policies. They try their best to make sure their guests are safe by providing only hotel guest entry. Great location for me because it is across the street from a hospital. Walking distance to a Denny's. Staff always willing to give you towel, toiletries, or TP when needed.

The facility is older, lots of stains in the tub shower and rooms. Lots of noise especially when opening and closing the doors. AC unit was very loud too when it kicks on. Housekeeping comes every 14 days. They will charge if you need your room cleaned sooner, but they tell you that upon check in.

Very dirty and smelly.

Not clean . Not recommended. They also try and charge for everything. To get clean sheets and towels you had to pay extra. And you might get a cleaning fee if they think the room is dirty.

Fees for everything. You have to change your own sheets if you don't want to pay. They don't clean or take out the trash unless you want to pay. The phone also charges b you everytime you use it.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

The location was central to getting to the airport, which made travel time short. The room was clean, and tidy.

I was not impressed by the curb appeal, as there was garbage all over. I also thought a hot breakfast was included, not just a grab and go. I did not have a plug for my phone charger, there were no USB ports in the room, and I could not sleep, as I was worried my battery would die, totally my fault. Updating and adding USB ports would be highly recommended!!!

It’s a good option very close to the strip. Downfall is cigarette smell.

The room was overall clean. Had some cup stains on the night table that they missed. They had breakfast but we didn’t not go to it. Room had fridge and semi stove area. The bathroom was pretty good size but the tub would get pretty full because the water wouldn’t go down.

What we didn’t like was the intense smell of cigarette smoke. We don’t smoke and we had kids with us and our room was full of that smell. Also the room keys didn’t work well. After the first night we had to ask for them to change because they would open the lobby door or our room thankfully we didn’t get stuck outside the night before.

staff was horrible. they also apparently cancel your appointment if you check in after midnight, even though our flight was delayed. they couldn’t give the same room we had and we arrived 12:40 am. they never contacted me, even though they said they did. which they could through booking. there was no extra bedding or pillows

Lots of drug use and not THC. Right outside the hotel when taking our dog out. The hotel was expensive for the conditions of the hotel.
