Placement of the bed - it was not centered in the room, one side was so close to the wall that a person was not able to get into bed from that side.

If you are over 30 and/or have family youlk find a place dirty and unpleasant!

Probably the location was the only positive thing there and the lady in the reception in the morning

The room they gave us was dirty and unclean and we had to change. The 2nd had cleaning issues but we needed to sleep. It was not possible since the people next door were noisy and decided at midnight+ to put music loud. This went on till around 3 am!! Also we booked with breakfast but there was no breakfast at all! The TV was not working in the 2nd room they gave us.. Please do yourselves a favor and stay somewhere else! Also in our corridor out of the room there were persons lying on the carpet and listening to music! Also out of the elevator were 2 garbage bags with dirty sheets that the cleaning personnel had let it there!! Awful..

Not a thing. I booked a non smoking room and my room was indeed a smoking room. my mother has asthma and we were told we had to leave cause there was no other rooms available

Just sad!

The location

1. There was roaches in the cabinet above the sink. 2. The bathroom sink was not draining. 3. The tub was not draining either and was filling as I showered. 4. The carpet was sticky. I had to make a trail of towels to walk on. 5. The odor in the building was funky. It smelled like the tried to cover it up. 6. There were pieces of hair on the sheets, so I doubt if the sheets are being changed in between customers. Never again! I canceled all my future bookings. This was my third time there. Each time got worse.

5/10 don’t think I’ll be staying there again ..

the location was great with many options to choose from

where was house keeping? we had to take our own trash to the dumpster, family of 4 and only given 2 towels. the first night we asked for more and was told we had to trade in the 2 wet towels in order to get the other two towels for the rest of our group. I’m guessing contract workers were staying there and all throughout night/day people were having drinking parties in the parking lot outside our room making it hard for my children to sleep.

Very disappointed

Worst hotel we have stayed in. Refrigerator in room was a plus. BARE BONES no amenities.

Lamps in the room would have been nice. No where to sit. Beds uncomfortable. Online information didn't give any indication of the lack of amenities. Way overpriced.

Don't waste your money

Location was convenient

No hot water, bugs in room, no amenities, front desk staff rude and unresponsive to requests for assistance with handicap equipment (as requested at booking) or room problems. Poorly maintained, spackle on bare walls. Kitchenette had absolutely nothing, not even cups or ice tray in the rusty freezer. Manager will not return phone calls.

Large hair Ball in bedroom floor . Found hair on Blanket and sheets Told clerk we were leaving and wanted are money back.

Highly disappointed

There was no breakfast. The bad part was they didn't even offer coffee to guest.

There was too much noise with people stomping and letting their children run the hallways and rooms on the 4th floor. Way to much noise the most noise i have ever heard while staying in a hotel ever.
