We couldn't wait to leave

We chose this hotel for the kitchenette but were disappointed to find that they don't provide any dishes. They usually sell a set, but none were available during our stay. The room was very small and uninviting, with a constant smell of cigarette smoke, making staying in the room unbearable.

Got double bed when booking has us with a queen; no ice maker; only 1 side with reading light & night stand; thins walls allowed for TV other sounds throughout the night

Would be nice to at least have coffee in reception area.

Good location for the event we were going to. Room was clean

Homeless motorhome at entrance. Looked like people were doing drugs in parking lot. Very noise above us every night until 3 am. Bed spread had burn holes in it which looked like someone had done drugs in the room. No dishes or coffee to be had.

Disappointed overall.

I appreciated the full size fridge, stove and microwave.

Wifi was said to be available but it WAS NOT. Called the front desk twice. Bathroom had spiderwebs and mold on ceiling. Towels were not changed out for the entire week. I I had to wash them myself. For the location, lots of homeless people and drug addicts around the property and my car. I was extremely anxious the entire stay.

Totally unsafe environment. Drug addicts banging on doors, screaming and fighting. People casing cars, looking to find something to steal. I wouldn't recommend staying here to my worst enemy.

Bed was hard and old. Shower was prefab and too small. Location was difficult from the Freeway.

All the rooms smelled like smoke when they claim the rooms to be non smoking, floors dirty, stained bed sheets, burn holes in curtains, burn marks on toilet seat and sink, people in other room up all night, smoke alarms going off at 3 am, the list goes on but overall not a good experience by any means.

Cheap, dangerous and dirty

Absolutely nothing. The pictures are misleading. The rooms were nothing like the pictures show.

Everything. The fridge had food left in it, the stove didn't work and barely got any tv channels. People were loud all night, fighting, yelling, slamming doors etc. When my husband got off the elevator he was asked by a lady if he was the one that had her "package". 100% did not feel safe here. If you like sleeping in beds where the springs stick you then this is the place for you. I could go on and on but to sum it up we nicknamed it the shoot & stab.
