Great Hotel for the price

Very nice hotel for the price, clean comfortable rooms at a great place. Great location right across from the lake. I would definitely state here again when in the area!

Breakfast didn't have many items. But for the price of the room was fine.

Very good

this was a last minute booking. the price was great, very clean and the staff was wonderful.

the only downside was the mattresses could be updated.

It was okay

Location was nice, but I wish I had done better research and stayed across the street, which was right in the water.

The rate the first night was great, but the second night was double the first.

Will definitely stay there when I I go there again.

Wonderful place. Breakfast was good and the restaurant next door amazing, the hotel gives you a discount.

The location was fantastic. Also had nice little patios to relax on.

I liked the proximity to Cadillac, which I was able to explore a little bit during my stay. I like that I was able to park right outside my room, and that the room had an interior and exterior entrance.

I absolutely hated that when I first entered the room there was a chemical scent of air freshener. It didn’t fade during my stay and I had an allergic reaction to it.

Comfy Excellent Value Stay for the Money I Spent

The wood laminate floors were nice and clean and much better than carpeting. The microwave was spotless and made a nice cup of tea with the tea bags and mug I brought with me. Clean refrigerator although I didn't use it. The breakfast room was easily accessible and there was 2 choices of cold cereal, milk, orange juice, bagels, cream cheese, bread for toast, and toaster waffles. Individually wrapped little Debbie type pecan spinwheels, frosted fudge cakes, and a glazed snack like a donut but not donut shaped. There were also bananas and small mandarin oranges, coffee and hot water with a variety of tea bags. Breakfast was served from 6-9 am and I got there around 8 so the hot water wasn't as hot as I like but I'm positive that if I would have gone to the nearby front desk they would have remedied that. There was also a nice table with 2 chairs in my room. I never turned on the television but the channel listing was long. Overall a very nice stay. I did hear some noise from the room next door but it didn't bother me personally especially for the great price. If you really want utter silence maybe this isn't the place for you. If I ever was in need again I would stay here in a heartbeat. Both staff members that I met were extremely friendly and helpful. I also liked that there was Christian music playing quietly in the background in the lobby when I checked in and out.

As I already stated the hot water wasn't as hot as I like for the tea since I got to the breakfast room during the last hour of service. I am sure they would have fixed that if I would have walked around the corner to the lobby to ask them to.

Usually off-season rates are considerably lower. I thought this room was extremely expensive for this time of year.

Our room was clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like the unsecured building entry. The hallways and stairs were pretty sketchy; I was very worried until I reached my room.

Staff was pleasant housekeeping lacks!

We liked the ability to have indoor and outdoor room access. The staff at the front desk were pleasant.

When we got into the room is was so humid and muggy. The AC Unit could not handle the humidity. We stayed two nights and it was uncomfortable 90% of the time. It felt better outside to be honest. The biggest issue was the fact the bathroom was NOT cleaned properly. I have never ever complained for any reason at a hotel. I was shocked to see that the bathroom wasn't cleaned. It's like someone went to the bathroom right before we got there and left it dirty.

This is an older hotel that has been remodeled in the rooms. It is affordable, a good one night stop. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very lite.

Just horrible…total waste of time and money

The room is noisy. They allow people to smoke weed on the property which made my room smell terrible. The room has a terrible musty smell anyway. Buyer beware!
