Saturday stay for a family of 4

Our beds were comfortable. The air conditioning and heater worked well. The shower pressure and temperature were excellent. The pool and hot tub were nice. My family enjoyed the breakfast. The television and programming were high quality. The snacks in the lobby were good.

The hallway on the first, second, and third floors smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke. I would rather smell a lot of farts than smell second hand smoke. Maybe the hotel industry can have a hotel chain called Smokers Hotel and let those people be together while those of us who like clean air can be together. Pocatello, Idaho is not some legendary vacation spot for the first weekend in March. I was surprised the rate was 20 to 30% more than expected compared to other places I have stayed in smaller towns and cities.

Friendly, professional staff, room was quiet

Staff are friendly and professional. The room HVAC was quiet. Breakfast choices were diverse. Decent location close to freeway.

Having throwaway utensils and plates continues to irk me at hotels. Yes it's "easier", but what a waste, and certainly not environmentally friendly. Hotel is about 4 miles from downtown, so you have to drive if you want anything to eat or drink that's not fast food.

Right off the highway- the pool was great and the bed so comfortable. The breakfast was very good. All made us happy.

Meh—dirty, but the hotel amenities were nice for families.

I booked online and when I called to say that we were going to be late checking in, KC said they were going to upgrade us—which was so nice! The check in staff were great and the breakfast crew too.

Our room was dirty. The one fold out bed sheets were crumpled under the comforter like someone had previously slept in it. There was also a stain on the sheet and a lid with straw under the couch. There was a lollipop stick by the bed and a silverfish bug in the King bed when we pulled the sheets back. It just wasn’t as clean as I would expect it should be.

Great place to stay!

Great staff! I can’t remember the lady at the front desk but I called to see if we could check in early. She told me as soon as my room was ready she would call me. I didn’t expect her to call at all! She called 3 hours before check in to let me know my room was ready! Definitely earned a great review!

The only thing that I didn’t like was the elevator. It sounds pretty sketchy once the door shuts.

1st of many future stays! Great for families!

The family suite was awesome for our family of 5! The main room had 3 sofa beds that were already made (didn’t need to put sheets on myself!) and a room with a queen and another with a king plus dressers in both. WILL stay here again. My kids LOVED the space!

Very unsafe and unkept

Walking distance to an eatery and gas station and close to our medical facility

The staff locked breakfast doors at 8:50, we were able to grab a plate fast and even more people were coming down and she wouldn't unlock it, the elevator made banging and unsafe sounds while on it so we had to use the stairs, 3 stories, the pool area had 21 tiles missing from the ceiling and some were propped open with sticks, there was a maintenance door on my level which was visibly kicked in half and kicked in, the ice machines did not work at all, there were dead bugs in the window seals of our room and very very loud guests that were smoking in the room next to us that complaining did nothing. Very disappointed as we were there for a medical procedure and felt unsafe with my teenage daughter.

Not great at all and definitely not worth the money that I paid. Would really like to have resolved.

The front staff was very pleasant and helpful. I truly appreciated them. the room was mostly clean except for the hair in the shower and the room was set at 60 degrees and freezing. I did however, really like the sink area.

I sent a complaint from Booking.com to the hotel and have never gotten any response. I paid way to much for this hotel stay for the service that I received. I booked this hotel because of the hot tub, it was shut down. The breakfast didn't have a great selection. I asked one of the workers in the breakfast area and she was rude and hardly responded, there was hair in the shower when we got there and the room was at 60 degrees. We got woke up at 3 a.m. for someone pulling an alarm so I got no sleep, not to mention the fact that the bed was hard as a rock and impossible to sleep on. I truly feel that I should get refunded at least 1/2 of my stay. oh and the wifi didn't work the whole time that we were there.

It was great.

The price was good compared other hotels around. I liked the location as well.

I wish the breakfast would have been open earlier than 7 on a weekend. We were in town for a baseball tournament and had to be gone at 7am.

We were happy with our stay.

The front desk lady was very helpful. She let us know if we needed anything she was there till pm and we could ask her and she would help us

The swimming pool at around midnight was dirty in the pool room and no towels.

It was loud our whole stay with kids running up and down the halls. They also charged the wrong card, which cause multiple overdraft fees from payments I had set up on autopay. It has been three days since I talked to them about getting it fixed, and after they said they would, it still hasn’t been done.
