Upset -Not as marketed online-not as expected

I like the bed, and the breakfast.

I did not like that my shower door was not probably adjusted. It looks like it was backwards it did not open all the way. I had to squeeze my way through. Which is not funny. I did not take pictures. I was in room 918. I did not like when I first arrived that I had to go back downstairs with all my personal belongings so they could redo my key be cause it wouldn't work. I thought I would be accommodated and I was not the restaurant was not open on Wednesday or Thursday. I was very disappointed I wanted to really relax. Instead I had to go out and purchase things. I did not like people behavior or attitudes when I was leaving a worker who works there stated p**** pussy it was a black guy with dreads and another white guy got into the elevator. And valley and front desk were snickering behind my back. I did not know I had to do a quick checkout? I did not check out because I thought I could have just leave . I Departed before check out time around 11:40 Please check with the valet for information. Breakfast is not start on time. Supposed to be ready for 6:00 a.m. I was told that I could not get a prorated refund because I was dealing with a third party. Therefore I would not be booking with booking.com again. My stay at the hotel was not as they marketed to me.

Affordable, relatively clean and convenient to the location of the activity that took me to Charlotte.

Parking was a little pricey.

Very family friendly. I loved staying here with my daughter and the beds are nice and soft

I enjoyed the room, the bed, and having clean towels each day.

The location was great. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were great. Area around hotel clean.

Coming from the west coast I wish I could've made the morning breakfast but it closed at 6am my time.

Very nice, would stay again.

Very convenient, nice rooms, comfortable beds and pillows.

The overnight valet charge was CRAZY. $40 and I wasn’t even parked for 24 hours.

The hotel has its ups and downs but vallet is to expensive

The fitness room was nice. The breakfast was good and coffee

I didn’t like they put me on the 15th floor. I really felt unsafe when we went outdoors and I did not like the vallet service . We had to unload right there at the driveway of the garage and every time we needed something we had to tell them and they would accompany us to the car like we would steal. I felt we should have had a choice and they wanted us to tip them every time they got our vehicle and the cost was $40.00 a day a bit expensive. I am afraid I will not be returning

Overall my stay here was pleasant. Great location, friendly staff, very clean facility.

This hotel is located in center city. There’s many restaurants within walking distance. The property is extremely clean and staff is very friendly. The check in process was easy especially through bookings.com.

The only parking available is valet parking. Which is $30-$40. The televisions in the rooms are outdated and does not offer many of the streaming platforms such as Netflix etc.

Misleading ....Bar was closed ( one reason we booked here ) frt desk girl said everyone was in shock because the bartender was hit by a car a cpl wks prior , upon ck out I asked at ckout why it was closed & he stated " remodeling the bar " ....ripped curtains & other curtain falling of rod....black mold around shower tile , patched hole in wall, nowhere to put multiple suitcases.. on top of an above average room rate , they chg $40.00 /day to park !! Extremely disappointed for a " date night " with wife

Excellent value, perfect location, and high-quality breakfast.

Specifically, Scott at the front desk and Maurice in the maintenance department were extraordinarily helpful. I won’t bore with details, but they both went above and beyond.

The heater in my first room sounded like a train. But Scott and Maurice very quickly and efficiently helped me move to a better room.

I loved my stay here, the staff are so kind, I will definitely pick this location next time Im in town.

The rooms were very clean, the staff were super nice and helpful, and it is very close to the stadium.

Overall the stay was fine I would have just expected more for the cost.

Convenience to spectrum center. 7th floor pool and outdoor fireplace.

Only one elevator for 17 floors. I had to get 3 different key cards before it worked like it was supposed to. $40 parking fee per night.

The stay was a little expensive for me personally but it was well worth every penny.

The room was wonderful and having the hotel right beside the spectrum center made our night so much easier since we were attending a concert.

Although the location was amazing and everything regarding the hotel itself was amazing, I think it was a bit pricy for one night but I do understand rates may have been higher due to the event and/or the fact that it was on a weekend.

Great room, great staff. Pretty sure the overcharged or bartender added a huge tip when we got a drink at the bar.

Everything was clean and people were nice

We bought a drink at the hotel bar and it was put on our room tab. Just one drink each (2 drinks total) and it was 64 dollars. Pretty sure we got scammed.

My stay felt like home away from home!

I like how clean everything was. The front desk staff made me feel welcomed as soon as I arrived by greeting me with a friendly smile and asking about my visit. I felt safe with having to have a key card to gain entry.

The only thing I would like to see different is more tv options like Netflix and music channels.

Okay, but would pick a different location no pets

I liked the location.

I love dogs, but my first evening l was trying to take a nap but a cross the hall there was two big dogs and they barked for hours so l was unable to take a nap. I was there 4 nights 2 of the nights the police was across the street from the hotel and on the side of the hotel at a parking l to different nights,

The window was cracked and tape put over it. Very dangerous if you were to have small child playing around by it.

If your looking for a great place to stay in Charlotte, book the Hyatt you won’t be disappointed.

The breakfast was excellent, and the wings are on point. The drinks were very good, and the valet was very attentive when handling your vehicle.

Everything was great!! I wouldn’t recommend changing anything.
