The location, price and checkin staff.

The room floor was so filthy that I had to wash my girls feet and make them keep shoes on. Their feet were black. They advertised a hot breakfast and we had NOTHING. They had 4 frozen sauages in a pan, cold biscuits, spoiled juice and nothing else. No eggs, muffuns, bread for toast, cereal. NOTHING. We had to go out for breakfast.

This was one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in.

No soap available. Garbage bag around smoke detector. Dead grasshopper in bathroom. Light bulbs not screwed in. Scuzzy residue on lamps. Pathetic breakfast.

such a lovely hotel.

Hotel was only a short walk to supermarket, My wife is a tea addict and when she asked at the desk for tea they gave her a large quantity of various tea bags. They were lovely people. would definitely stay there again

Not worth the money.

We liked the location and the price. The shower was also a very nice size and the shampoo smelled very nice.

Nearly every aspect of this property could be better with minimal effort. The person(s) managing this hotel clearly do not care about their guests' stay. No functional pool (as advertised), no fitness center (as advertised), a poor excuse for free breakfast (stale cereal, rotten apples, frozen sausage patties, and not much else), rusty lamps with broken shades, stained/damaged sheets, blanket and comforter, and broken drain plugs for the sink and tub, which were just laying on the counters. The floor was also absolutely filthy. Our feet were nearly black with dust and dirt from walking around the room the night we checked in. The next day (after housekeeping had come through) I wiped the entire floor by hand just to have it clean and comfortable. The owner/ manager seems to be living at this property, which is no issue or surprise. They have managed to keep a lovely garden next to the pool. Lots of work has been put into that garden... it would have been nice to feel that the same amount of work had been put into the rest of the property.

I wasn’t happy that the pool was closed. also the choice of breakfast was minimal. we also had problems and our toilet wouldn’t flush. overall it was a decent value but could have been better.

It was comfy and clean, but in need of repair.

I liked that the rooms were modern, with comfy beds and no carpeting. I liked that the rooms opened outside.

it would have been a lovely room if the curtain rod had not been halfway detached from the wall and hanging down.

It was awful and will not stay there again.

They assured us the room would be clean because we were telling them about our last awful place and theirs was worse. The floors were so sticky and dirty. It needed a good vacuum because we walked in and there was a candy wrapper on the floor and some other crud. Found a big screw on bathroom floor that could have cut my foot. Cover on the bed smelled like a dirty dog. There was a 1/4in gap in the door so you could see outside. The continental breakfast was a real joke. 4 slices of dried bread, 2 biscuits and cereal.

Do not stay at Baymont Grenada.

Breakfast was canceled. Not offered despite the online advertisement that it was.

The floor pieces had duck tape holding cut down. The bathroom toilet was filthy. There is a huge hole in the road at the entrance to the motel.

Okay for an overnight pitstop

There was a decent bed. The front desk gal was amazing in handling a bit of a mishap with our reservation.

The heater in room 118 has a blower motor going out. It was SO loud all night. The pillows desperately need replacing. They are extremely lumpy. The room didn't get cleaned as good as it should have. There was hair in the sink from someone shaving prior to our visit. The room needs some major attention

Not anywhere I would stay again

First off there were still clothing in the room. The room was definitely not cleaned. There were bugs in the room. Bathroom sink faucet handle was detached from sink. There is absolutely no breakfast. To be quite honest it needs to be shut down. if you have absolutely no where else to stay and you’re trying get out the rain, then it’s better than being in bad weather. But do not book this place
