Frustrating but staff tried to help.

Booking.com had us stay for 5 adults but hotel said most to a room was 4 adults and would not initially help to resolve appropriately. Hotel and Booking.com should be aligned!

I did not eat the breakfast, but I did notice that it did not contain as much as it use to. I went in the dining room to get a chocolate milk like I normally did on my former stays and there was none.

We were not informed before our trip that we needed to have the full amount of our stay on a credit card. We always travel with just cash in case any banking issues happen and we are far from our bank. Luckily, we had family living in the area that used their credit card and we paid in cash on checkout. The front desk people said that the policy was instated 3 weeks ago because of counterfeit money. They could have at least sent us an email. It was a big hassle. They even said that they have had to turn travelers away because of this.

the property was amazing booking sucked bc y’all cancelled my booking said my card didn’t work but I used the same card for the hotel before I stayed in so that was bull crap! and so the hotel got me a room! I’m very upset with booking

The Convenience being right off the highway and the price. Good selection of TV channels

Excellent pretzels with queso in the restaurant! Super comfy beds!

The front desk clerk and ladies working in the restaurant were unfriendly, had scowling faces, and treated us as though we were a big inconvenience to them.

It was good. The eggs were freshly prepared. Nice to have fresh fruit available as we can not take our own over the international border.

Far exceeded the expectations that have been set by other Days Inn that I've stayed. Great hot breakfast, wonderful view from the backyard, clean modern rooms - it was great value-for-money.

Don't expect care/concern from customer service - you are just Bottom line business to them.

Great location, amazing views. Waitresses in restaurant were great and food was delicious.

Room with 2 queen beds that we booked and paid for was unavailable for the season, blamed booking agency and refused to offer another room that would fit the number (and size) of people in our party without upcharge. Instead, unapologetically offered lesser accommodations. After spending 2 hours on the phone with booking agency (while standing at the front desk), two people slept on the floor (they don't offer rollaways either) so we didn't get charged the cancellation fee.

Great find!

This is a great place to stay! Everything was fine. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Air con worked great. Restaurant in the hotel was also excellent!
