Location, front desk were very courteous and professional, valet attendants very courteous and efficient.
Property is tired, cleaning service horrible. Woke us at 8:30 and were asked to come an hour later. They never came back and room was not cleaned and towels refreshed.

nothing. will never go back
No privacy in the room due to noises in adjacent room, staff failed to fix a problem. NO sleep for all the night due to noise

Die Lage ist top!
Das Badezimmer ist alt (Dusche in der Badewanne) und winzig. Dusche und Toilette sind in einem winzigen Raum, es hat kaum Platz um nach dem Duschen ausserhalb der Wanne zu stehen. Es hat zu wenig Licht beim Badezimmerspiegel.
Im ersten Zimmer war das Bett kaputt und hat bei jeder Bewegung laut geknarrt. Als wir die beanstandet haben, haben wir sofort ein anderes Zimmer mit einem guten Bett bekommen.

We loved the balcony, sitting out and looking at the dock!
We didn’t like the bar area around the pool. It didn’t have a great vibe for happy hour. the pool area was full of children. It wasn’t what we expected for a couples getaway more family oriented.

Cobraron 3 veces mi cuenta! Tomaron fondos de la TC Y debitaron mucho más de lo correspondiente ,,, el reembolso no lo hacen todavía!!! En fin pésimo servicio . No lo recomiendo y

THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING AND THE SERVICE IN GENERAL WAS REAL GOOD ,LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT AND BALLET PARKING WAS A BIG PLUS .
IN GENERAL THE EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE.

the mattress needs to be replaced in 418. the bed on the right side drops on the right side. hard to sleep in the bed. toilet needs to be screwed to the floor - ricks when you sit on it.

The pillows and comforter were made of down. I am highly allergic and I got sick. Many people are allergic to down. I wish it was posted somewhere

the smells, the outdated facilities, the loud noises, the broken door latch which was worrisome about our safety and security but staff was very nice building and rooms need work.

room very dirty needed a good deep clean. been here 6 years ago and was nice. needs an update tired and VERY over priced for what you get.
no shuttle to at armands circle. not clean. very over priced. Had to stay due to tropical storm no good rate. $300 a night!

leaking a/c in the room went into puddles on the floor the balcony was covered with mold no water in the room it’s either hot or cold in the rooms their hvac SUCKS HERE get another hotel.
