Probably won’t stay there again. Expected more from Hyatt.

Spent a night to see Nate Bargatze at Rupp. Toured Castle and Key beforehand and Mary Todd Lincoln Home morning after.

Free parking and great location, restaurant on the property.

Great Staff and Location; Facility Needs Final Touches

With it being attached to Rupp Arena was great for the concert we attended. The staff was amazing. We had issues with our room missing a drawer and they moved us rooms and took into consideration my son loves being up high.

You could tell that they are trying to improve the property but there were patches of paint missing, the carpet in the hall was not tacked down well, water damage on the shower, drawer missing, and a cloudy window.

Hotel staff was phenomenal. Front desk and valet were very knowledgeable of the area.

Add more room lighting, seemed a bit dingy and need to repaint or clean the walls

Great for events.

Beds super comfortable. Being attached to Rupp was excellent. We had a plumbing issue, and was taken care of fast. Valet parking was a great feature, although slow to respond. Will definitely stay again for Rupp events, ease of use is great!

No microwave in the rooms. Does have a refrigerator which was great as I could keep my insulin refrigerated. Hotel was very busy, long wait to the elevators, but most of us didn't mind the wait.

Had a great time and staff made it great!

That it had a nice restaurant and could walk right over to the concert and had free parking. Also, liked that you had to use your key card to go to your floor. Nice security!

Should have paid more and stayed at the Hilton.

Proximity to Rupp

Could not get our room to cool down in March. Holes in sheets. One wash rag in bathroom. Very slow elevators, used the stairs several times. Paper thin walls, we could hear conversations next door. Cable channel selection was subpar. Parking is dicey.

Third room they moved me to ended up working out and I loved that it was next to rupp

They had to move my room 3 times: First time the door was open so I’m assuming housekeeping left it open? Second time the ac was broken in the room and got air was blowing out, we walk in and it felt like what I would assume hell to feel like.

The worst hotel say I could had paid $60 for this quality

There was no breakfast offered the location was great next to the event center

Access to room was the worst we was Ion a floor where they are remodeling it wasn't what I expected from a Hyatt a motel 6 quality . The want to the elevator is the worst although there was a event next store many people stay at the Hyatt the only had 2 elevator working if we wanted to go up the stairs witch we ended up doing the room was like a maze with only 1 access way to our room

Not up to the mark

Location Parking Lobby was nice.

A lot of small issues- 1) I checked in at 6pm. There was construction going on on our floor. So the noise is as there for atleast an hour. 2) AC was not working even when set to 60 degrees. Bed was uncomfortable. We struggled a lot whole night. 3) Mattress didn’t have a fitted sheet. A simple sheet was used over mattress protector. 4) Coffee - only dark roast was in room. When I requested for medium roast, I was given dark roast. 5) Every standard hotel provides 2 water bottles. When I requested for water bottle, I was told go downstairs and buy water from lobby. 6) Alarm went for 6am, when I didn’t set it. It would be nice if upon check in or checkout staff asks does your parking need validation?

Disappointing

it’s a good location for the rupp area we left after the concert to go eat and came back around 12am and my room keys wouldn’t work had to get the front deck to let us in our room so the room was supposed to be 250 dollars and they ended up charging my card 350 dollars and won’t reply to my emails about y the charge was applied to my card I sent pics of the room to them room was clean and I took the trash out so that’s the only issue I have with this hotel

I went to a concert that was right beside the hotel because it was very convenient. The lady that checked me out was new and she was great. The lady the previous day had charged me two times for valet. $40 instead of $20. The new nice lady took it off the my bill and was very friendly.

The lady that checked me in told me absolutely nothing, she just handed me my key card. I had to come back and ask questions like how do I get to my room🙄 Where is the pool located. Also if you pay close to 300 a night I believe you should offer free breakfast. On the website it shows they have a store in the hotel, they do not!

location and the staff was very nice

the shower head in tub was terrible. I requested maid service Twice and no one came all day! I called a third time and finally got some clean towels that evening
