Everything was beautiful

The property and location was great. The entire staff provided excellent customer service and was very friendly. We couldn't figure out how to open the balcony door and maintenance arrived in under 5 minutes.

Zero complaints.

Beds were comfortable.

The hallways were not clean there were always room service dirty plates in the way. Everything in the bathroom was run down. The decorative pillows had stains, the carpet had stains, there was a cabinet in the room that was locked to guests which was strange.

Everything was exactly as stated. We had an oceanfront view with a balcony. The room was perfect! The staff at check in/out were very attentive and answered all of my questions. The staff for breakfast were just as attentive. Everyone was so friendly and professional. We enjoyed the pool area and loved the access to the beach! They even provided beach towels!

Lage ist gut. Hotel gut ausgestattet und sauber.

sehr laut und sehr viel los! die Lobby ist immer extrem überlaufen. Wir hatten als 4 köpfige Familie Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten und Frühstück gebucht. Bei Ankunft teilte man uns mit, dass das Frühstück nur für die Erwachsenen nicht jedoch für die Kinder sei. Nach Rückfrage bei dem Manager und ausgeübter Kritik bekamen die or 100$ gut geschrieben. Kleiner Trost bei etwa 400$ für Frühstück. Wir waren nicht die einzigen Gäste, denen die Praktik aufgestoßen ist.

Die Lage war sehr gut

Das kostenlose Wasser wurde nicht aufgefüllt und man musste das überteuerte Wasser bezahlen,Abends an der Bar 20 min gewartet und 3 Kellner angesprochen das wir etwas zum trinken bestellen wollen aber es fühlte sich niemand zuständig,die teurere Upgrade Suite lag in Fahrstuhlnähe und man musste mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen da es zu laut war,insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Although they charge a resort fee it is no where near that it. They charged us $108 for a beyond subpar continental breakfast (watery eggs cold pancakes and burnt bacon) while we have to pay a “resort fee” nothing is free or comes with the $400 a night stay the room looks OLD has mold in corners and theres clear signs of water damage in the bathroom molding. The stand up shower in pictures was not in our room we got a tub/shower with a dirty shower head full of water stains. The pool closes pretty early i guess when all the kids running around are ready to go to bed at 7:30 pm and they will picking up the beach chairs by the same time the food is at Preston’s and the pool bar are subpar and not worth the high prices.

El hotel es muy lindo, está bien ubicado, tiene salida a la playa. La habitación es cómoda y se la ve prolija. El bar de la pileta bastante bueno.

La zona de la pileta muy concurrida, las reposeras están pegadas unas a otras, se siente poco espacio para tantas resposeras y gente. No es un hotel para ir a descansar

Muy cómodo, excelente ubicación, cerca de Lincoln road. La habitación muy cómoda y el personal del lobby y piscina muy amables.

Lo que no me gusta del alojamiento es que tiene 2 hoteles. Es la segunda vez que me quedo pero la primera me tocó en el edificio antiguo, por lo que era muy incómodo llegar/salir y trasladar las maletas hacia el otro lado, el lobby está en el nuevo, las habitaciones son mejores en el nuevo. Esta vez nos tocó el nuevo y se nota la diferencia en todo sentido, pero uno no sabe dónde le va a tocar al momento de reservar.

The reception area was very welcoming and staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area and beach were great. Very well organised and the staff were very helpful. Appreciated the complimentary suncream!

The room was nice however our room could have done with some maintenance. The shower door didn’t shut properly and the wardrobe drawers were low quality and difficult to open and shut. 2 bottles of water were left on the side - I find water bottles left in the room are normally complimentary in hotels, especially with the cost per night, however these had a small tag on saying they were $7.50 per bottle!! Near miss.

I like the property it was nice and clean. Staff was great as well. Amenities was decent, and I loved the pool area. The access to the beach was also a great addition, and the free beach chairs.

I had to reach out to front desk to get my room cleaned. We had ocean front, yet we had no way to listen to the waves because we could not open window. Needed more information on the amenities as well, like where to go and what was happening around the hotel.

Very dirty windows. Mirrors behind the bed were dirty as you could see where they wiped them and where not.

I have paid breakfast for three persons via booking . Com but hotel staff informed that it is paid for two persons only . Booking . Com must clarify this matter as they have not informed to me .

La atención de los empleados

De locatie was top, super mooi hotel. Ontbijt ook geweldig.

De wifi was echt heel slecht, viel steeds uit. En de service bij het zwembad was matig maar verder een heerlijke vakantie gehad.
