Very disappointing for Fourth of July

The customer service was very rude

Nothing everything about this place is bad the beds are nasty. The room was nasty and dirty.

I did not stay.

I did not stay there tried to cancel my reservation but got the run around.

I had a cancellation and they were not willing to work with me. The charged me for a full night.

we get 6 rooms and all have the same problem!! even the wall and doors to duty 🤮

The jacuzzi

They had roaches and trash left behind night stands and the jets weren't working in the jacuzzi. The man checking us in was very rude.

I had a ring in my room I left and after 10 minutes I returned and it was gone they told me that it had been lost that they threw it in the trash when they cleaned . Is very very Bad

the toilets are so small you cant sit with ur as** and d***** the same time on the toilet its like for childreen. its not nice to touch the inside of a toilet with your intime zone. Its not hygienic.

Great staff and nice rooms

The receptionist was wonderful and the rooms were clean and comfy. Everything worked for me and is a good location.

The outside was very clean and the staff was nice.

The rooms aren’t dirty per se but not really up to standard. Broken faucet, tub didn’t look clean and I had to walk around in shoes. It is safe to say O was not comfortable.

Didn't want to leave when we checked out 😊 we will be coming back soon

Location is very discreet n safe. Was by very comfortable there. Has a very home like feeling there and wanted to extend our stay and we did.
