Great location, value for money. It’s affordable and the staffs are all very very friendly. Free bikes outside that the

I like the value of it, it’s close to manitou downtown too and to the restaurants. They had a live music show when we came and you can come jam with them while drinking. I love the room, bed is pretty comfortable.

They can add some meat in breakfast.

I would stay again.

Close to everything and had daily activities. They had breakfast in the morning.

The room had no closets or dressers. Outdated but we still managed fine.

Make this a destination not just an overnight stop! Brilliant place!

Favourite stop on our whole trip. The room was exceptional, so comfy and huge! Good air con, bathroom and bedding. The place is fun, fantastic pool area and we even had live music and a food truck night we were there. Highly recommend and stay for longer than we did!

There for a funeral, but still enjoyed our stay. This was our second trip there.

The vibe is awesome! Chill, happy staff and guests, love the fish shaped pool, the pavilion to visit and picnic in, the bikes to ride, the music and the bar. Love it all. Such a great little place!

The beds are soft and comfortable, but before you know it, you roll over and your stuck in a dip in the bed.

The staff are fabulous. The location is incredible.

While there was plenty of hot water, and a great tub for one of us, the other person was disappointed that there didn’t seem to be a way to turn on the shower.

Staff was great and the location and bikes to take out make it worth the trip! Volley Ball court and pool was so cozy, all nestled in the mountains and close to everything.

Close to area attractions

We liked the location which was close to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Also close to Manitou Springs. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful mountain views of Pikes Peak. The lodge was quiet and safe.

The location was good for access to trails. Also, it was very close to the free bus shuttle that take people around town. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I love the old lodge and how it was renovated.

I wish there was a set of drawers to place clothing in. Also, there could be another towel rack. The light from the street light was annoying at night. There was a lot of light coming in around the curtains.

very frustrated with management and appalled at the brown water coming out of the faucets.

1. water in sink and shower was brown for the first 15 seconds 2. felt like 1960’s dilapidated mobile home park 3. neighbor kept us up all night with tv blaring, No number to call and complain 4.manager was appalled that we even complained 5. manager promised to look into the problem but never called back. in my opinion she was in over her head and immature. 6. would never stay there again and especially would not drink the water.

Awesome stay

It’s the cutest lodge. We loved the bike themed decorations and how we could use a bike to ride around. Staff is super nice and the room is really comfortable with really good beds.

Very good

Loved the Staff, so kind and were willing to go the extra mile. The area is beautiful for all types of travelers whether you like solemn nature walks, a little nightlife, or something in between there's something for everyone. The kind of stay that makes me think I'd even like to move there.

Sadly wasn't able to utilize the bikes due to the weather not permitting but that's no fault of the staff.
