Our stay was good other than the parking situation

Breakfast was ok

I’m pretty sure you get the same answer all the time but your parking spaces were too small.

This choice for a motel was a mistake.

Ralphs is nearby.

Would have been nice if the elevator worked. Electrical outlets in room need work. Attitude and capability of most front desk need attention. Paying for parking here is an insult. Location is not the best.

I want a refund for the whole stay

none the staff were rude and threaten they were going to charge a late fee for 10 min over

i didn’t like anything of this property and still waiting for my refund.

Overall it was subpar. Won’t visit again

All of the staff was very sweet and helpful

The location wasn’t great. It was hard to get in and out of. The bathroom was dirty, and the beds were not comfortable

Bryan made everything very nice he always nice.

Bryan is always so friendly and accommodating. The other girl was very rude when I asked for a receipt she told me very rudely get it on line.

What a beautiful hidden gem of hospitality!

super easy to find, immaculate grounds. In fact, we arrived during the lunch hour- we were immediately checked in and made comfortable; which I greatly appreciated since I just had major surgery. Our room was stunning- just gorgeous and spotlessly clean. It even smelled wonderful! All staff that we interacted with - my husband at front desk and me at room with cleaning staff- just everyone was professional with great personality!

No complaint at all!

I choose this hotel because it was the mid point from event attending and Bur airport

Room on 3rd floor room 301 to be specific. It's facing the road way/ freeway access. All night we can hear the cars racing by. Didn't sleep well up at 1130pm, then again at 2am the 330am. We finally checked out at 530 to head to airport. I'm 100% sure this was not a double Queen size beds (seemed more like a full) felt like we were gonna fall off. Also the screen door to balcony was broken, the door to the cabinet where the microwave and fridge are stored was broken. Did notified staff immediately

breakfast was so busy we left without getting any, I wish it had been a bit bigger so everyone had some space

Would try to find a different place next time.

The check out person and the rest of the staff were over the top nice. Our room was clean. The location was perfect for our needs.

We had a family emergency, drove 6 hours and arrived late. The check in person was rude and defensive. We had to stay as we paid prior to arriving. We certainly didn’t feel welcomed. The property was small as well as the parking spaces, very crowded and tight. The pool and hot tub was dirty. Not inviting.

Mostly awful

Kristine the front desk lady attempted to charge us a cleaning fee and our security deposit for having a service animal then after the 1st night kicked us out (deactivated our cards) because she "didnt feel like dealing with it"

Ok - fine in a pinch but probably won't come back unless there aren't any other options.

It's on a major thoroughfare so it's easy to get anywhere in Glendale. It's also extremely close to a local Target for those situations where you might have forgotten to bring something with you on your trip

For the price paid, I'd say the value was at best, mediocre. There's nothing overly wrong with the facilities but at the same time, you can almost get the same sort of room at a Motel 6. On top of which they have the audacity to charge for parking!
