Superb

Never received any of my 3 deposits back for my E .S.A certified dogs( who really were not supposed to have been charged a fee since the law changed)

Does not follow their no smoking policy.

Stale donuts, milk left in open cooler, cereal, yogurt in same open cooler, coffee half water.

The residents are allowed to smoke in their rooms, I have COPD and the smell was overwhelming.

absolutely nothing besides good tv

EVERYTHING!!! the front desk person was absolutely horrible, had a cold or something and was wiping his nose and touching everything! lobby smelt horrible! room was dirty! all night we heard loud banging over and over!

Terrible!

Nothing, it was disgusting smelt like cigarettes, burn marks in the sheets, hair in the bed, the floor was sticky, just over all GROSS and still waiting for a refund!

Staff should never ignite a negative conversation with a guest over a Maintenance issue. Just fix it

It was okay

That my television didn’t work or was properly connected to the provider network and had to call a few times to get it corrected which didn’t happen until the next day. I had to use my cell phone to watch movies for my fist night stay.

Will not stay at a Super 8 again

The property was clean. However we made reservations for 3 people but had to go to the front desk for another set of towels because we only had two sets. The bed had a thin blanket and light spread so we were cold. Tried to turn on the heat but was unable to do so. Whoever was in the room above Room 117, was loud, lots of scuffling, stomping and arguing. Woke us up with same before 6 am. Breakfast was only cereals, juice, small muffin and coffee.

I reserved a king non-smoking room there's no specific time frame for check-in and they gave my room away and they have no breakfast but I don't care about that part I'm upset that my room wasn't there when I was ready when it was reserved not happy at all they gave us a room that was two queens non-smoking for the same price that's not good enough

Front desk clerk was awesome!! When I checked in, he had put us in a 2nd floor room. I didn't realize that there was no elevator. When we came in, he noticed that my husband was having a difficult time walking, he immediately called us over and asked if we would prefer a first floor room. Of course that made it much easier for us. Thank you for having such caring employees.
