I liked how comfortable the bed was. Loved how quiet for being so close to the expressway.
The only thing I was unhappy about was that there were no instructions on how to get local channels on the TV. There was a big storm with lots of lightning and couldn't find anything for local weather except on my cellphone. No instructions for local tv.

Booked a ground floor room they said that since I used a third party they didn’t have any I don’t do stairs well had a difficult time using the stairs

There was a lot of ants in our room. I woke up with 2 crawling on my face.

Location was very convenient, they accepted pets, they accommodated us with a lower unit and breakfast was adequate.
Room was somewhat updated but a little more attention to detail in cleaning would have been nice.

I was double charged. I booked through booking.com and the hotel said they did not send valid payment. I had to pay again to stay. Booking.com says they paid. Best Western says they did not. I paid twice and no resolve from either

the front desk guy went out of his way to help get us a working television at 1030 at night. super nice guy.
carpet felt “sticky” but I know it’s just used. may want to consider other flooring. But everything else was great!
