Not too bad...but not my top choice.

Location and price

Door didn't really seal, stains on bedding, floor, furniture, the sink faucet needed work (water went everywhere but in the sink), just needs some attention.

I loved the King sized bed!!! Very comfortable!!!

Refrigerator door wouldn't s close... The freezer was frozen over and wouldn't let the door close. I turned temperature down on refrigerator and it defrosted. I tried calling the front desk right after I discovered it but, no one answered... I tried using ice machine, it didnt work. The coffee maker in the room didnt work properly...I had to keep pushing it on, it kept stopping.

Wont do it again

The room was big

It took an hour to check in bc the wifi dropped and computer froze. The shower was dripping and couldnt stop it so it splashed all over floor all nite and day. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30am , then comes in while were asleep ,,, AND AGAIN AT 10AM..... CHECK OUT IS 11 PEOPLE...... RUDE... THEY JUST COME IN WITHOUT ANNOUNCING WHO THEY ARE.... PISSED ME OFF TO WHERE I PACKED UP AND LEFT... ohh and people from town were swimming without renting a room... it was packed ,,, i paid $100 for a room just for the pool.. lesson learned

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in...

Not one ounce of this room stay was liked.

It was dirty. Smoking- I have NEVER booked a smoking room. I even double checked this one before confirming. It was dirty, the pull out couch was broke, roaches, dirty mirrors and shower. No rags.

Corporate needs to take a long thorough look at this location and raise the standards.

Location was good. Center of town. Breakfast was inadequate. Staff was helpful.

Carpet and sofa were very dirty. Linens were worn. Microwave didn't work correctly. Room was very stale and smelled unclean.

old carpet,microwave and refrigerator. The tv worked okay but I brought some dvds to play and they would not play. I like to relax and watch tv while away. Didn’t like where breakfast was set up-no separation from. check in.I didn’t eat there!

There were lots of flies. The carpets were too dirty, they were disgusting. There was trash in the hallways and the rooms smelled musty and like cigarette smoke. The rooms are horrible and very careless in maintenance. The rooms are not worth their price. Starting with the reception everything is horrible and dirty.

I will unfortunately never book here again.

Good location. The lady working the desk was very friendly we arrived very late that evening.

The room was extremely dirty- carpet, curtains, walls, lamps. The chairs were dirty and in terrible condition. Beds were rock hard and sheets were paper thin. Handle on sink in bathroom kept falling off. Another guest knocked on our door at 6:00 am had the wrong room.

They illegally allowed my sister to check me in and take my room. She was no where on my itinerary but was able to arrive several hours before me and take my room. When I arrived, the customer rep was no help and basically just said that I’ve already checked in and I need to figure it out.

it was in town.

hotel was dirty, had a dirty towel hanging on the shower rod, there was a used soap in the shower. there was black hair in the sink that did not belong to us. there were cockroaches crawling out the tub. the work station chair had bad stains on it. the a/c unit didn’t work properly it was set to 60 degrees but it was hot in the room. the entry door was not sealed properly and you could see daylight coming into the room.

Disappointed! Older property and not very clean!

Only hotel within reasonable distance from Tarleton University. Parking lot is well lit!

The staff was not very friendly and the amenities aren’t many. The property has what looks like full time residents with several dogs and cats. The rooms don’t all have small fridges nor is the cable TV very user friendly. the furniture is extremely old, outdated and dirty. the bedsheets were clean and bathroom was clean. Rooms smell musty and dirty! I understand rooms get outdated but old can still be clean! the phone didn’t work and only one lamp worked in room.

The place was clean and quiet. The pool did not look inviting, did not see any lounging chairs or umbrellas

My bed was really hard. I did not get a good night sleep. Woke up with sore muscles.

it was disgusting and we slept in our car. The tv did not work as well as the clock. open holes with wires hanging out of it in the wall. window locks were gone and so were screens with ladders outside underneath the windows. burn holes in bedding and filth on floors. desks had pieces of plywood glued to it to cover broken drawers. really thought it may have been a human trafficking area. we could not find another available room so we slept in car. Never will I use booking.com again. Will be contacting the city of Stephenville and report the health hazards and hope they shut them down.

I felt unsafe in my room without the ability to have the extra security lock on the door.

the price and location. the staff was wonderful too. very nice. they came daily to change out my used towels.

My room had a broken security door lock, coffee maker didn’t work (they did get me one that worked), there was flies in my room (at least 10), the front desk did not have coffee working, I just felt unsafe. I heard the people next to me just talking at 3am like they were in my room. there was no insulation in the walls. They did not leave me creamer or sugar in the room for my coffee machine.
