Wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Jederzeit wieder!

Alles war einfach wunderbar! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Bis ins kleinste Detail wird an alles gedacht, was den Aufenthalt versüßt. Die ruhige Lage ist ebenso ein Pluspunkt.

Es gibt nichts schlechtes zu sagen, alles war sehr gut!

Super hotel with lovely staff

Comfortable bed, good sized room, great bathing facilities with jacuzzi bath and separate huge shower.

Other residents were pretty noisy at times late at night and early morning

The Beech Tree Inn helped make our getaway relaxing and memorable

Check in was all electronic, so having a good cell connection was important! But it was all very easy. The king room on the third floor was roomy and comfortable. The third floor has the no pet rooms, which was important for us since we have allergies to animals. Breakfast was wonderful, as were the snacks and drink options during the day and evening. Nice sitting areas on the first and third floors. All very relaxing. The winter rates were a bargain. We hope to visit again.

A minor detail: the room needs a small table next to the couch, or a folding table-- the books. coffee and phone had to be balanced on the arm or put on the floor. Pillows that do not have down would be a nice option.

The Inn exceeded our expectations. We definitely hope to return in the warmer weather.

We had a wonderful stay at the inn. The house and room were extremely clean and well appointed. It was also very comfortable. The very reasonable room charge also included an excellent homemade breakfast. The owner was very pleasant and friendly! The location is ideal.

From the very warm welcome, to a fab and very clean room with jaccuzzi and fireplace, the free-of-charge night cap (porto, sherry…) and the outstanding breakfast the next morning - from A to Z a great place to stay for a few days..!

Wonderful Newport Getaway

Great vibe, friendly staff very comfortable room and an awesome tub that included aromatherapy oil for the tub that was a great touch! Breakfast is a seated menu that is preordered. Nice dining area. Would definately stay again.

One parking space is free, 2nd is on street parking.

The to order breakfast was awesome. pick your meal and time. The room was super clean and comfortable. Upgraded to in room jacuzzi. Very quiet and not far from all attractions and restaurants.

clean and comfortable; breakfasts good; excellent yogurt; sausage good; owner friendly and helpful at breakfast; we enjoyed the jacuzzi!

felt like there was a design to minimize staff interaction. should not have to request daily room tidying/garbage removal; breakfast juices watered down; bacon thin; breakfast in shifts felt less relaxing; not as personal an experience as most B&Bs

The owner/hostess was friendly, welcoming, and very informative. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was lovely.
