Great location, friendly & helpful staff, could have used some more cleaning but nothing major, great stay nonethele

The staff was very friendly, the location was convenient and it was a nice space for a quick trip where we spent most of the time out and about!

The bathroom, specifically the tub, could have used a little more cleaning maybe,. There was a dark footprint on the bottom of the bathtub that I had to scrub but we made do, I suppose.

Felt disappointed and discriminated. Horrifying experience overall completely disgusted by it all

I was disrespected. I was kicked out of the property for no reason at all. I was told someone else was there when I was alone. Supposedly the person in there Said I wasn't wanted there when I paid for the room and arrived alone. I asked to get an extension in a different room. I was told yes. I went out for breakfast since there was no more continental breakfast available. when i came back I was told they can't accept my money and I needed to leave

I want to express sincere thanks to the staff at this hotel. my sister and I stayed there for 3 nights. when we checked out she left her tablet and wonderfully 3 days later when I returned to see if the had it THEY DID!!!

WORST STAY EVER

I have sent a written complaint about this facility . the room was terrible .. it had ants .. cob webs ..and dust stuck on the room walls . when we brought this to their attention , they admitted that the building had issues of ants .. they put us on another room and it was even worse . same problems like the first one . we made a video and took photos of the unhygienic contains . the front desk person said , she had raised the complainant to her manager on our day 1 stay and the hotel will refund the expense. when we showed her the video of room 2 , she said “ call booking .com .. when they will contact us we will refund the day 2 too .. I have written to you and them again and I am being ping ponged with no result . I NEED A FULL REFUND OF THE WORSR STAY EVER .

I won't stay here again.

It was close to the venue we attended a concert at. Beds were comfortable

Dirty towels left in room. Window was left open (it was over 100 outside). Woke up in the morning and everything in the bathroom was covered in ants

Rats running around the grounds, dirty rooms especially bathroom.

Very Low Value for Expensive Stay

The beds seemed to be clean.

The bathroom door knob was coming off of the door. The tub/shower was old and was painted or something. There were prostitutes working the street in the evening, which I have no problem with except that it isn't family appropriate. It was very low value for a very high price over all. Very dissapointed.

I informed the front desk staff about my concerns and asked for a refund, which was denied. I had to book another room

I didn’t like anything about the property or the location

Prostitutes and pan handlers all around. did not feel safe. The room smelled like stale smoke and was very old and run down.

I would not suggest this property to anyone

the room was clean but the beds were very uncomfortable and we were given full size instead of the requested queens

The front desk was rude and the breakfast was some boxed fruit pies

Slept well, very comfortable bed.

The breakfast wasn’t a real breakfast. The orange juice tasted like a orange sugary beverage, the apple turnover wasn’t good. I don’t call this breakfast. No hot cereal or eggs or toast.

The cleaner walked into the room before I checked out. She knocked and I asked to wait because I was still dressing up - and she still walked into the room! The breakfast was a massive joke - a bottle of fruit juice and an apple pie that felt extremely sweet and unhealthy.
