Would not do this one again.

The inside of the room itself was clean.

The swimming pool was disgusting and out of order. I only rented here because I was under the impression the pool was up and running. My kids were disappointed and they should specify on the site that the pool is a no go. The elevators did not work and the stairwell was stifling hot and smelled horrible. Mold and empty light sockets in the bathroom. Microwave had no turn table, the mini fridge did not work, and there was no wifi or channels on TV so it was useless. The air in the room was working, however, even running all night at 60 degrees, it was well into the 70s and a little bit hot (I'm cold natured). I've stayed in similarly priced motels that were much nicer. I wouldn't recommend.

I do not recommend staying there.

The bed was decent and the bathroom was clean.

I booked my room online. While I was checking in, it was a sign on the desk asking for a $50.00 cash deposit. The front door glass had been shot out. You could see bullet holes in the glass of a room above the front door. The elevator didn't work. The stairs smelled like mold and mildew and there was a trail of dog food on the stairway. The chairs in the room had orange tape holding it together. The TV only had local channels with an antenna and the TV didn't have an remote.

I liked that the AC worked great!

The carpet around the AC unit was wet. There was significant water damage on the walls and ceiling both in the room and bathroom. Because of all the moisture and wet carpet, there was an odor in the room. In the fitness room, two of the three pieces of equipment were not working but I still managed to get in a good aerobic workout. My wife and I agree this was the second worst place we stayed. We got there late and left early as this was just a night on our trip.

Not safe I was robbed

The lady at the front desk was very nice, to bad she didn't have a team on the same page. I was robbed I never once heard any employees apologize. They was quick to tell me they watched the camera but they never apologized and kinda made it seem to me as if they was the victim . The hotel have no security and the doors stay open all night. Most of the time front desk is in a room or some where they can't be found. I stay locked out of my room two hours in the am of the night. Indians run this place and they are very rude

I have videos not pictures wish I could download them .,...they never once did a follow up or even tried to correct the problem, treated me like I was the problem

Very disappointed and disturbing.....I will not stay at this motel again, nor will I recommend this.

The motel advertised a continental breakfast and the staff stated that they have never had any kind of meals at the motel.... The bed was extremely uncomfortable...Stains on the bed covers and curtains... Phone was unattached from the phone, staff was informed but nothing was done about it...Bath tub was sinking in the center of the tub and made it difficult to stand and take a shower.... The entire building stunk unless you stayed in your room....

This hotel was absolutely horrible, my room had no running water , so I had to use a room next door to mine that was under construction to shower, and then I found a butcher knife under the sheets on the bed

Everything. It was not clean. We only had one towel for 4 people booked. Towel bar was broken. Only had a hand held shower—it was a room for people for disabilities that didn’t accommodate for able bodied people. Comforter had blood stains from a menstrual period on it—just not good at all.

Messed up my dates charged me for extra days when I already paid and charged me the wrong rate for every day had to argue with a mf to get it fixed and no breakfast no gym and no pool blaming it on covid but clearly it's the lack of resources also the wifi was out for two days room had a bad smell from the ancient ac that barely cooled the room off only plus the window opened staff was cool elevator worked when it wanted to lucky I was only on the second floor

Run down hotel with lazy service and safety issues.

The beds were hard, the doors to the closet and cabinets would not stay closed, it smelled like mildew and marijuana, they had enough towels for two ppl in a room booked for 4 and they acted like it was a huge issue when we asked for more. The ac would not cool down until my husband took the filter out abs cleaned it. It looked as if the filter had not been changed for months. The front desk was notified about the ac and we were told someone would be there to check it and they never showed. The exterior window on the fourth floor opened (I have kids and that was a safety issue). The rooms were not cleaned the entire time we were there. The elevator panel was open for anyone to mess with the wiring. It was a very run down hotel.
