Overall good. More breakfast choices would be good.

This visit was disappointing, as we normally stay here and will likely stay elsewhere next time.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room sleeps 4, but there were only 2 towels provided. Additionally, the hotel was stingy on toilet paper. We stayed 2 nights but didn't need our room cleaned in between, but I had to ask for toilet paper twice as there was barely any to begin with. I think the room was clean for the most part but the shower was really dingy and the white shower curtain was brown at the bottom. The towel hooks had something on them - I hung my towel and then later reused the towel, it had orange gunk on it where it was hung from. The floor appeared to have paint or something spilled on it but never cleaned up. The bathroom was the main culprit of my disappointment.

Happy service and clean facility.

Breakfast was a sandwich or ceral or hard boiled egg. We do not eat carbs so limited our choices.

Not good. The pillows made the stay uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Half size pillows were flat and too small. These pillows made sleeping difficult. The chair in the room did not have legs which made it sit too low to the floor. It made it very difficult to get up. Not very comfortable.

Paid a little more for nice looking facility, like lipstick on a pig.

Beds were okay

The shower was out of hot water in the morning,the advertised eggs and fresh fruit were hardboiled and processed fruit cups. Large chunks of peeled paint on ceiling of pool area along with green mold or algae surrounding the pool. Storage bins littering the parking lot making it an obstacle course to drive.

Dan (Manager) as always was very accommodating & cordial to my needs for the stay!

Only 1 issue the refrigerator was keeping cold!

everything was great with the exception of one worker

it was a great place to stay for the night

everything seemed fine however the guy working in the morning was kind of rude about the return cards when our check out wasn’t until 11 he was in a rush to have them when we came down early in the morning for breakfast collecting cards on the couch in the lobby

This hotel is a great value and is very clean. I will be back.

The breakfast was excellent. There were lots of choices for every taste. My daughter loved the waffle-maker and they were very good. I enjoyed the microwaveable sausage/egg/biscuit sandwiches. The pool and hot tub looked very clean, although we didn't have time for either. The hotel is being renovated and our room was beautifully decorated.

I would prefer more protein at breakfast. Hard boiled eggs are always a great choice. There were plenty of carbohydrates. My daughter said the coffee wasn't very good. She said it tasted like burnt water. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I can't judge. No one made up our room while we were there. I'm not sure why, but maybe I should have asked. The rooms on the west side are a bit noisy with a busy interstate right outside, If you prefer quiet, ask for an east side room.

The staff was cheerful and helpful. I was pleased with my stay.

I don't eat breakfast but my sister went to breakfast. She said it was good.

It is an older hotel. It could use some renovation. I stayed in one of the suites. Little things are important to a traveler. Over all I had a comfortable stay. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. He said if I need anything. We are here at the desk 24/7. I feel he needs a raise.

Adequate, just not welcoming

The staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet after 9 pm

The room wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t the cleanest, either. The floors seemed to be linoleum, which probably cleans well, but sure doesn’t present well. The room had the look of a cell.

This is my second of likely many stays here. I enjoy that Dan always offers to tuck me away in a quiet spot for my trip. The staff is always friendly and courteous!

Overnight in Galesburg Illinois

I liked the friendly staff and the room. The room had a microwave and fridge. I was surprised about the breakfast which even had refrigerated Jimmy Dean's sausage and egg sandwiches. After check out I waited in the comfy lobby since I had a 530pm train to catch. The desk clerk offered me a snack while I waited, very nice. It was a very peaceful stay and there was a Target nearby and places to eat nearby, maybe walking distance.

It's a nice place but the lobby area can use a good dusting. I was going to use the coffee maker in the room but discovered the coffee maker basket had an old moldy coffee packet in there. Yuk!
