Bad

I had to stay in a room that seemed to be under repair at the time. I let the night person know that I wanted to sleep in because I was very exhausted and didn't want to be bothered and the repairman tried opening the door around 7am and I woke up in a panic thinking someone was trying to break in and I immediately because of that stressful moment got a headache that ruined my whole drive home. Total lack of communication in that hotel

Dissapointing

The front desk manager was nice, but the place could use a remodel and hire reliable overnight crews.

One of the nights I stayed, I went out to get food around 10pm and when I came back my key wasn't working and there was no one at the front desk to help me. After waiting an hour, I had to book a different hotel because I could not get into my room. I came back the next morning for my stuff. Very unsafe situation since I am a woman traveling by myself being left in a town I haven't visited before and needing to find another hotel room late at night.

Don't bother

Near restaurants and stores

Desk service was terrible. There was a smell. I felt like I was staying at someone's home who really didn't want me there. And the breakfest, what a joke.

there was nothing in the app to say that the front desk was closed. I had to pay for a different location at a higher rate for a late notice

It was very disappointing and I will never book at an Extended Stay hotel again.

There was no tv. The lady at the front desk said the cable was out in some of the rooms AFTER I checked in and called and asked about it. And, they were not willing to move me to a different room because they “didn’t know which rooms had working cable.” I left after an hour… Money wasted.

Location

Seemed to be a lot of people who appeared to live at facility. Lots hanging by front desk. Left a cord for chromebook behind but never found.

AVOID THIS HOTEL.

They did not have towels!!!...but worse, did nothing to solve it. They fail the reservation due to their system and didn't fix nor share internet access so I can book again. Worst hotel experience from a long time. AVOID THIS HOTEL.
