tv worked and shower was hot

mold on bed-skirts, air from air conditioner smelled like urine, no exterior cameras on the building, beds were not comfortable, no elevator

The pool was out of order!the service was horrible and the worker was racist. I didn’t care about they hurt my feelings. They hurt my kids feelings because they wanted more to eat!

In dealing with concerns that we had about the Wi-Fi, the television, the breakfast or lack there of, and the pool not being functioning as the ads indicated when we booked it, the manager screamed and yelled and tried to make excuses rather than excepting responsibility for services not rendered

Loved the flooring. No nasty carpet. Rooms were clean, and so was the breakfast area.

The pool was not open to enjoy.

Breakfast was adequate, bed was exceptional for a reasonably priced hotel, and the staff were very friendly.

Hotel is 2 story and does not have an elevator. Not a problem for me but potentially for older person.

Clean updated rooms.

Pool was closed, had to stay on second level with a broken elevator. Breakfast was not was not well stocked. Staff began to clean up with an hour left on breakfast.
