Good location but hard to find driveway and terrible breakfast

Breakfast was awful…scrambled eggs were black and yellow; cups, lids, forks, knives not maintained; pancake machine did not work (2 days); bananas were black; ran out of bread and muffins… Entrance sign was too small and not lit up…very hard to see

Ok, couple of things need some work

Mostly good - the facility is comfortable and clean on the inside. Price is decent. My second or third time staying here and would probably stay again. Breakfast was ok, check-out was smooth.

The grounds around the hotel are in serious need of clean up. Cigarette butts and litter everywhere. This is, of course, the fault of the clients but the hotel needs to take care of the mess. Check-in was a fiasco. Eight parties waiting in line to check in and the person at the desk was a trainee that was in over her head. Her trainer sat next to her sipping on a drink and providing instructions on every aspect of check-in, everything proceeding very slowly. This was no time to be conducting training. It should have been "watch and learn" while people were stacked up and hands-on when it was slower.

You get what you pay for

Outside room, park close to room. Everything in room worked. Lots of electrical outlets Front desk was very nice and helpful

Affordable newer facility on I-95 for stopover, friendly staff, clean, nice facility.

This location was visible from Interstate before exiting and was easy turn in at end of ramp, very visible and receptionist waiting to check us in. Had requested handicap room and we were booked into it. Clean, neat and appropriate room for the night. Breakfast room had a variety of food and plenty for everyone to eat as the manager resupplied some as we ate. Easy back on the interstate for early start to finish our trip. We would definitely stop again when we travel that way.

This exit stop has limited restaurants, or other surrounding businesses in the immediate area, but we found good Mexican food.

Good valve for what we needed. One night stay, good bed comfortable room.

The breakfast was good. The location was extremely convenient.

Staff was not very friendly. No one greeted us. Not very many smiling employees.

no water, after water was restored staff neglected to tell guests that line was being flushed, so everybody brushed their teethe and bathed with disgusting yellow water. terrible communication at this place.

Superb

Breakfast was good. Liked having variety. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. Only thing inconvenient was inability to pick up major tv networks for news and programs.

Always A Pleasure Spending A Night Here

This is an accommodation we always stay at when in Hardeeville. Easy access to the property. Comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast and always a good night's sleep. The beds are especially comfortable and the pillows are perfect. Dining options are plentiful. It was great to see Kyle still in command. Al

The receptionist was not the best and needs more training. She was not friendly (no smiles) and not as efficient as those who held her position in the past. She was on the cell phone most of the time. Also, the air conditioner at the elevator on the first floor smells pretty bad.
