the hotel and staff where great,

it wasn't the hotel but the web sight, i payed extra per night to have a water view. my room was one of the very few that didn't have a balcony and you had to look at an angle to see some water. will not use this sight to book a hotel in the future.

Great location, compfortable room, Breakfast ok

Clean room, friendly staff. Only thing is I would not have staff clean pool 1st thing in morning at 8am so that guests could use pool

Robbed without a gun

The location is great, and the staff was awesome.

I booked a room that was supposed to have a patio but when I checked in I found no patio, only a window view. I paid 444.00 for a room with a window. I question the staff about a possible upgrade and of course that wasn't possible.

It was ok, but we probably won't stay there again.

The location was very nice. Liked being on the bay side of the island.

For a beach resort area, the room decor was depressing, colors were drab on the wall, carpet was a dirty and a dark blue, wallpaper was peeling off parts of the wall. We have stayed in numerous hotels on the island, and they are all decorated in bright beach colors using beach decor. The rooms were a bit small. There was no luggage rack in our room. When we requested one, we were told they don't have them..really what hotel does not have luggage racks in rooms. Our room was over the hotel washroom so when the washers were in spin mode, our room would shake.

Bring ear plugs!

Good location!

I have never been in a building with such thin walls. I can tell you everything the people in the room next to us said. The women had a terrible cough and I heard her cough all night. They both snore. When she sneezed I said God bless you, she tanked me. Also our room had a very odd Oder!

Location was great. Staff was AMAZING and exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Overpriced. I feel like they took advantage of the Pony Penning week. But... It's a money making venture, free enterprise, we wanted to go, so we had a choice, pay... Or not. We paid. Will probably rent a cottage for the same price next time though...

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay!

The staff was all super friendly and the hotel was very clean and well maintained!

The breakfast was a little lacking but I figured it was probably due to covid.

Very good

Everything was just as expected. Hot coffee all the time which is always great. Customer service is amazing. Gentleman with the cane was so helpful and explained everything.

Not a huge issue for me but the walls are far from sound proof. We heard every conversation and every cough from the room next to us.

It was in the location I wanted to be.

I the description on Booking.com said I was getting a king size bed overlooking the pool with a view. When I checked in I got a small king size room overlooking the parking lot. Also Breakfast was nothing to be excited about.

Bathroom venting fan on roof was just above room and was noisy. Resolved by keeping bathroom door closed at night.
