Served my pourpose.

Breakfast limited but was topped up on a regular baises. For me the location was fine. Front desk and breakfast staff very good. Other not friendly may be because they did not understand English-

The rooms and general area is in need of updateing. Room serviceing was not always the way it should be. Whilst a notice stated that bedding and towels would only changed every 3 days it realy ment the the room was not cleaned or things like in room coffee soap ect not replaced. Not always convient to go to front desk to get more. Realy the sign was just an excuse to to save the hotel money and not be helpful to paying guests, as reduced prices for days 2 and three were NOT in place.

Gut, aber mit gewissem Verbesserungspotential.

Frühstück war gut jedoch einseitig. Etwas 'Grünes' hat mir gefehlt; z.B. rohes Gemüse (Gurke, o.ä.)

Offenbar besteht beim Zimmer das ich hatte eine Wasser-Undichtigkeit. Nachdem der Gast im oberen Zimmer geduscht hatte, lag bei mir im Badezimmer am Boden Wasser. Wahrscheinlich von der Decke getropft. Das ist eigentlich ein No-Go. Ich hatte Zimmer 118. Der Renovationsbedarf ist offensichtlich.

I won’t return to this hotel.

The location was okay; it was close to the highway without being loud. It was convenient to food and shops without being directly on the main road.

The rooms are non- smoking, but the entire building smelled …musty? (hallways, stairs, room). The bottom of the pool looked unclean, a stain on the top stair of the pool. The game room had old carpet like the rest of the building. Only 2 of the game machines that took cash would take paper bills. The rest had to have quarters… There was no machine to exchange paper bills for quarters. There was free coffee available 24/ 7 except the room itself didn’t have the carafe or the thing needed to hold the coffee pod. The bathtub took several hours to drain after one shower. When the air conditioner in the room was set to 72 cool and automatic, we moved it to 70 because it wasn’t cooling the room down. Had to move it to 68 to get the room cool, and stay that way. It was a strange night. The staff seemed confused about the options that were offered to help us. But the staff tried to help. Our fridge didn’t work, but we needed the fridge for leftovers. I told the front desk, and so our options were to stay in a double room that was labelled “out of service” or to get the fridge switched with a working fridge from a different room. We were told that rooms are “out of service” for walk- in guests. I refused because I didn’t know what was wrong with the room and I had never heard of a hotel room being called “out of service” in order to be reserved for walk in guests. We were then told we couldn’t get the fridges exchanged/ switched. He asked if that was okay. I told him I would stay in the current room and just complain later. Later, staff showed up to switch the fridges. The 2nd fridge worked fine and kept our food cold.

Naar behoren.

De kamer was erg ruimtelijk. Groter dan ik had verwacht! Rustige omgeving, dus geen nachtelijk geschreeuw of luid verkeer. Er was een sportfaciliteit en een zwembad, dus je kon er goed tot rust komen.

Het ontbijt en de sfeer in de ontbijtzaal had voor mij wel wat beter gemogen. Ik vond het fijn dat er meer mensen van het evenement waren waar ik ook heen ging, maar anders kwam het een beetje grimmig op mij over. Het ontbijt was oke, maar ik miste verse plain yoghurt zonder suiker. Het was erg gehorig. Ik kon het hele gesprek van mijn buren volgen.

Facilities and staff were great. Room was clean but paid for room with hideaway couch and had one with a chair. Mattress wasnt very comfortable but ok for one night. Breakfast was pretty good and had enough choices. Overall was a pleasant experience.

More pluses than negatives with my stay.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Cold fruit flavored water in lobby good. Bed was comfortable. Window curtains blocked light well. Air conditioning excellent. Common areas nice.

My bathroom tub could have been cleaner. The shower curtain was beyond worn out. The sink had multiple cracks.

Overall our stay was enjoyable

I liked that it served breakfast with ample choices and multiple usable entrances and exits/ door close to our room

I didn’t like that our room had an adjoining door to a group of teens and could hear their conversation as if they were in our room

It was okay for the price just a few let downs

The location and breakfast was good.

The pool didnt look clean and was really looking forward to swimming so that was a huge let down. The exit door near are room slammed shut every time it was closed so we would hear it slam every time someone entered or exit and the card reader to get in was a hassle . It would only work sometimes and would take forever to read the card.

I appreciate the accommodations but will most likely not return.

The hotel was conveniently located but it could definitely use some improvement. The staff was reasonably pleasant.

Needs new shower head, towel bars, and tub had cigarette burns. Also not the most pleasant smell upon entering. It was also very dusty near the hangers where you hang your clothes. The stand where the tv was was dirty especially on the side of the microwave.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was varied and good.

Two things: 1. The reading lamps were too low wattage and diffuse. They were more the indirect light variety than the illuminate the book type. 2. There’s no trash can in the bathroom. Clearly a bathroom designed by and for men. No one wants to walk into the main area with used feminine hygiene products.

many things were broken, not working properly, toilet visibly clogged when I arrived, fire alarms at night “due to incense burning”, we were told; uncomfortable beds, was charged an additional 50% more by property—they do NOT hold to Booking.com’s quotes!! Also, they do charge ccd an additional $50 “deposit” which I have yet to see returned 2 days later.
