The smell, bugs in the room and in beds, leaking shower, unfriendly staff, dirty rooms, furniture was a beat up mess, mildew on the walls

The property appeared to have been a very nice place at some point in the past, but is currently poorly maintained.

Accessible room had toilet grab bars, which is a welcome rarity. Check-in/check-out was smooth and front desk staff were friendly and polite.

Rooms were dusty and did not appear to be cleaned thoroughly or frequently. A roach crawled out of the shower drain when we entered. Trash was under and behind furniture. Coffee grounds were on the counter around the coffee maker and microwave. Floorboards were uneven; ceilings were warped and stained. Walls were thin: we could clearly hear each word of the conversations in the room next door Facilities are in dire need of renovation.

Every possible bad travel experience all combined in one stay

I like the location and the property itself. It also has a nice, classy (Italian) restaurant with an amazing, yet overpriced menu.

Several inconveniences due to hotel/hotel employee negligence/ignorance/discrimination/disrespect! Discrimination coming right from hotel owners family! Being unfairly targeted/harassed and not allowed to stay due to abuse of power held, through no fault of mine. Not to mention, inadequately trained staff that range from pregnant & do not speak any English to some that aren’t very proficient in English. In addition, the room I rented for weeks, was dirty, had mold in all the appliances/carpet, bed bugs, a terrible odor plus didn’t have proper ventilation! Essential items from housekeeping is nearly impossible to get and trash will stay up to 3 days outside door. To top it off, being a loyal member to Wyndham for years had no effect on

The room was noisy as I was near a door that kept slamming whenever someone went out to smoke. The room was also freezing when we got there. There was no stopper in the tub to fill a bath.

no papers in room to let you know where things were, ice machine etc…no local map for close by restaurants, paper peeling off wall, heater very old and corroded, front desk closed by 8pm…only a restaurant on site with no breakfast facilities

1. looked like a homeless man out front when I checked in; blocking entrance to buidling. 2. Room was large, but musty smelling and very warm Ended up opening windows to sleep without the odor. had hard time falling asleep 3. Checked in late, but was rudely awakened by pounding on my door telling me I had to get out by 11 am. Difficult to understand individual. This was repeated several times. 4. no breakfast as indicated when booking 5. shower head leaked all over floor
