Other than me being dumb enough to leave my book in the room, as ususal top notch every thing THAN

Only stayed 1 night but slept really well, beautiful property

Bed was very comfortable. Room was very nice.

View wasn’t great, hard to get the righ temp in room. Was too hot.

Biggest problem with this hotel is that is is NOT FULLY ACCESSIBLE for a disabled person.

Good location, clean, friendly helpful staff

NOT FULLY ACCESSIBLE, had to change rooms due to air conditioner malfunction, no offer to compensate for that, shower did not drain and therefore floor got totally covered with water which I did not see and I slipped and fell and injured myself, food options inadequate. Again, not fully accessible for a disabled person - from doors not being automatic to difficult access to the garage and skywalk ( which was UPHILL)

Lovely hotel in a great location close to the Civic Center!

We were only there for sleeping as we had a number of events to go to related to my son's graduation from Bradley that day, so I don't have much to judge on....but our room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. It is a very nice looking hotel and I appreciated the sign welcoming the families of the graduates. That was a very nice touch. Wish we could have stayed for breakfast, but it was an early graduation, so we ate afterward and by then we had checked out.

The hardest thing for me personally about the hotel is not at all the hotel's fault. On the way to the graduation, we found a number of hateful graffiti spots, some inside the hotel and some on the pathway to the Civic Center, with awful discriminatory remarks about the LGBTQ community. I know it was not the fault of the hotel, but it was jarring to me as my graduating son is part of that community. I'm sure it was probably someone celebrating the arrival of Mr. DeSantis who was in the Civic Center that weekend speaking and undoubtedly spewing his hate for people like my son, but it was such a disappointing thing to see as we were on our way to celebrate our son's graduation (Summa Cum Laude) from Bradley University where he has found incredible support, belonging and inclusion for the last four years. Thankfully our son was not with us to see these unfortunate messages as he met us at the graduation. Again, I don't in any way blame the hotel for this. I realize this was vandalism and I'm sorry you had that happen to your beautiful hotel. I just mention it because, sadly, these things impact my ability to have fond memories of my stay at the Pere Marquette Hotel.

Hotel was advertised with hot tub. Assumed this was in the room but was not.

Historic preservation of chandeliers and art deco railings, and the period furniture.

Did not like bar across the street that was open until 4am.

Pleasant

Room was clean, the bed was fairly comfortable for a hotel bed. Easy access to the Civic Center.

Our room was a handicap accessible room, which we did not need. The room itself was great but the bathroom door was one that was on a track and slid open instead of a door that opens and shuts. The door must have not been on the track correctly because it was hard to open and close and there isn't a lock on it.

Great place and location.

I loved the location to the civic center. The room was small but perfect for the 2 of us. We will stay again.

The shower didn't drain very well at all, ended up running out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. We wanted to heat the room up after a cold night at the civic center, set the thermostat to 78 and I woke up super early freezing cold. Thermostat read 78 but felt more like 58.
