Hotel was great, staff selling park tickets need to be educated.

Breakers was great.

I purchased a pass from Breakers for cedar point and water park that ended up being something different than what I was told. I was told I’d receive a refund for the passes and haven’t seen it a week later.

Wouldn’t recommend bc the price didn’t match the room accommodation

My main complaint was our room: First was the disgusting smell of our room. It smelled like left over Chinese food, not in a good way. The price we paid for an outdated, basic room was disappointing. Didn’t even have a coffee machine. Location to water was nice.

Pleasant

The beds were comfortable. We loved the Starbucks location and the staff were very friendly.

Staff weren't very pleasant. They seemed irritated checking families in. The lineups were very long and it was frustrating to have to wait in a long line up just to check out from your room. Cleaning staff came into our room at 930 am and already cleaned it up when we hadn't checked out yet. The surf bar server was very strange.

Superb

Amenities, beach, proximity to Cedar Point, restaurants, room. We enjoy staying at the Breakers as it feels like a true vacation, even though we're only 45 minutes from home!

There was a fire alarm that went of at 4:30 am. No explanation from management was ever given. A fireman had reassured us that it was a false alarm. I believe the price for the room is a bit exaggerated. We would stay here more often if it was more affordable.

It was relaxing, amazing, and just what we needed!

The facility was so incredibly clean and well maintained. Loved the location and the beautiful property. Very convenient - I parked and barely moved my car since everything was right there!

Beautiful view , beautiful property

We booked in April at $279.00 per night.Once our cancellation time was over we could have got it for $209.00 per night I will next time go directly through hotel because we did not have a room with view and they couldn’t change because we went through booking.com

would never stay there again!

staff was friendly but they are not trained well, one said no parking pass in window, one said you need it in car, one says they provided chairs on beach, one says not sure why they stopped doing it!

they said they had chairs on beach with umbrellas, they do not! The beds are horrible and only give you a sheet no blankets on bed or in the room. They do not tell you that they are cashless. Everything must be on a debit/credit card. very expensive. $5 for a bottle of water! no cups or toilet paper in our room! very disappointed!

Staying at the Breakers Hotel was well worth it - not only for early access to the Park but a place

Room was large - beds were excellent regarding comfort and the linens were amazing! Beach area was cleaned and we'll maintained

Very expensive but OK.

Location was great. Very pricey, but good food.

Had to have housekeeping show us where the toilet paper holder was. No towel rakes in bath. Very poor check in. Had to carry our luggage from car to hotel, no staff available. No amenities. Service at restaurants was extremely slow. Very bumpy road coming to resort.

Room, location, resort atmosphere.

Wi-fi is spotty and sporadic. If a resort chooses to eliminate wi-fi so as to create a truly "escape" atmosphere, fine. But, if services are to be offered then Cedar Point's wi-fi is a weak point and just creates frustration during a, hopefully, pleasant interlude from everyday life.

disappointing!! felt like just a number!!

the beach and the pools

The pillows in our room were ripped. I checked in and I made a mistake and came a day late due to a family emergency. my mind was confused. the first check in lady never told me I was on the wrong day. at 5 pm I checked on the room. because I had not received a text and this time the man told me. i had paid for 2 nights had to check out at 11. but didn’t get into my room until 6. I had a 5 year and 6 year old with me and could not disappoint them no one tried to help me find another room for the 2 nd night stay. I called castaway bay and they had a room. am very disappointed with the service I received at the breakers!! I have been a pass holder for 20 years. we stay at the the breakers a couple nights every year. it was my mistake when I was dealing with the family emergency but I paid for 3 nights for 2 night stay

overall besides the check in time. everything was ok.

The location was excellent very close to cedar point and getting in and out of the park entrance near the hotel was great!

I had read that check in was at 4p. But we arrived and waited in a very long line about 3, then the very nice lady at the desk told us check in starts at 4pm but a room is not guaranteed at that time. I was very unhappy the room was almost $400 and we didn’t get into that room till 6pm. I did not read that on anything when we booked. I think we should have received a discount for having to wait for two hours to check into our room.

so much to do and so fun! very nice accommodations

rooms were very nice and really enjoyed the dining as well!

only that one of our 3 rooms was not ready- and that our rooms were not close together.

After my check-in disaster, the room was much smaller than I thought for the money.

The location was great.

I am very very upset with the way the staff and management treated me and my family at check-in. They did not want to give me the room I paid for. Then gave it to someone after me after telling me several times it was unavailable and there was nothing they could do and when I kept complaining they said they had it but it wasn't ready and didn't know when it would be ready. I didn't get checked in until almost 8pm.
