Disappointing

After informing the hotel of out time of arrival and for card being charged after 10 pm before our arrival when we checked in we were told that our reservation was canceled. We were given dirty room . It was evident that the beds were slept in based on the condition of the sheets there was urine and used tissue in the toilet. We returned to the front desk with our luggage and informed the man on duty who said “ we are totally booked and if this room ( the room) doesn’t work I will give you back your money “ H e offered no apology .nothing ,we felt disappointed and disrespected. Upon returning to our room Saturday night there was a strong cigarette scent as it someone was smoking in the room our stay was uncomfortable.

We cane into town for a funeral and there was a mix up on my booking and the manager called me being VERY RUDE

Location was good for what we needed.

Management was rude and the rooms smell like patootie a scent not for everyone.

Very good

The staff was really friendly and trying to give us comfort on every occasion. i asked him for internet and we tried to connect but failed. But he showed that he wanted to fix the issue and that's amazing.

I didn't like bathroom. Kinda look odd and sliding door is just bad.

The location is great

It smelled like cigarettes smoke and the carpet and furniture in the room was tore up. The furniture looked like the wood had been in water. The pictures on the site are misleading. Needs updating bad.

Don't do it.

Nothing. I went and stayed at another hotel. I really would like a refund.

The room was dirty. The facility looked as if they needed an upgrade and hallway filled with active addicts.

This place has so much potential but it is run down, not kept well, and some of the other guests sam

Simply because there was a room available and I had a disabled brother with me. So I had to find accommodations quickly.

This place is beat up and run down. There were gnats in my room. Look like a plastered over hole. The carpet smell like crap. The AC barely worked. And there were questionable people obviously living there. The fridge was nasty. 20 bucks more and I could have stayed at a Holiday inn for this amount! This is bad business! And it's wrong!!

We did not stay, left. Many lights in the hallway were out and hallway was not well lit as a result, carpet was not very clean, card keys took several tries to work, when walked into the room it was not cleaned, both beds unmade, things on the sink, smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. Turned around and walked out, did not feel comfortable bringing my family into the hotel after that even though I was offered another room. They cancelled my reservation but then charged me anyway, now I have to get that reversed. Worst experience ever!! I read all the reviews before hand which were reported as good, they are not even close to accurate.

Bed was comfortable and staff friendly other than that, I won’t be staying there again. Also, good location.

The location was good.

1). Discovered stain on sheet upon arrival in room, 2). hotel room key was deactivated daily, 3). gym out of order, 4). tv not working upon arrival.

Love the location did not eat breakfast.

The chair was broke and it a crack picture over my head but everything else was alright.
