Clean and Convenient

Staff was very friendly despite the fact that their computer system was down at the time. Clean rooms, great location.

Computer system was down. So we had to wait to get into our room for a out a half and hour. Our room didn't gave a shower curtain or shampoo and conditioner. But I was promptly taken care if by the front desk .

This hotel was a total disappointment

There was no breakfast

No shower curtain no clean towels No silverware in the bragged up room kitchen, no place to eat in room anyway the whole room was run down Multiple staff was asked for a shower curtain and clean towels ( which finally arrived about 7:30 pm)

Location was good

The entire motel smelled of Marijuana the entire time we were there. The front desk charged me for 2 nights instead of one and charged my mom for her room and our room. When we saw it called right away they said we had to call Kelly at another motel that never answers the phone took several calls and days to get through.

I checked in at 11pm and the only rude person was this young lady. She was frustrated and sighed.

Nice place to stay.

I liked the pool options and the hotel was well kept.

Breakfast was one of the reasons we choose to stay at this particular place. however, the only option was muffins and juice. There was no fruit, milk, or cold cereal.

It was a good place to stop. If I were traveling with children it would be an awesome place to stop

The location was near the freeway. We were on a long trip and the stop was near restaurants with many choices.

Cleaning service missed an area in the bathroom and hallway near the elevator was littered.

It is a good facility, and I would recommend it with a warning about the dicey management style at the front desk. SEE BELOW.

The hotel has some management issues. When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation because it had been entered improperly in their computer. Beyond that, I had requested an ADA room, and that request had been acknowledged through booking.com. However, somehow that ADA room reservation had been changed to a regular double-queen room. Of course, I made an issue of it, and the desk clerk tried to deflect responsibility for the change because someone else had made the change. Sorry, that doesn't cut it, and I told him so. Then the dest clerk tried to suggest that since I made the reservation through a "third party," referring to booking.com, of course, that they couldn't be held responsible for the error. Again, I made it plain that was not an adequate explanation. Then he tried to tell me that I should have called the hotel direct. Again, deflecting responsibility was the name of his game. The hotel manager appeared, heard a bit of what was going down, and immediately said, "Give him the ADA room." That was the right answer to begin with, of course, and at no point was any plausible explanation given for having altered my reservation. I'd also think booking.com might be a bit uncomfortable that hotel guest should be scolded for having booked through a "third party."

Bad room

The staff was kind and helpful.

The room. Walk in the 1st thing u see is the chipped up floor between tile and rug. The furniture was also chipped up and looked trashy. I was very disappointed. I brought my grandson there for his bday that's what he wanted. I had to save up for it and this is what i got. Very sad room.

Good except the fold out couch

We did not eat.. there was a bus load of kids and no place to sit

We have 6 in our family - the fold out couch was horrid. they ended up sleeping on the floor

I had my 3 grandsons with me ages 6,5,and 3 for a cousins weekend. the room was spacious enough for all of us.

I liked the size of the rooms and the ktchenette

the pools were small and cold but my grandsons loved it.
