Sufficient

We had a late check-in and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Also the location is very close to an HEB and Walgreens so we were able to get things we needed easily.

The beds were very bouncy and the pillows were not good.

Just your basic hotel room, it’s good if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room.

It gave us a good deal for the 2 nights we were there.

It didn’t seem very well cleaned, you could see smudges from past visitors on counter tops and table. I walked around the room in my bare feet after a shower and my feet were brown and dirty before I could even put socks on

Good value but a Grumpy Old Man works here...

The location is great since it's right off the main highway. I was seeking value instead of comfort so I choose this hotel. Surprisingly, the bed was very comfortable and the room included a desk and working area.

I clearly included that I was traveling with a licensed and well-trained Service Dog in the reservation. I had Colton in his Service Dog vest and on a leash when I checked in. The woman who checked me in to my room is the same one that called an hour prior to confirm my reservation. She was very nice and I could tell she appreciated my business. I'm guessing she is an owner/operator and loves giving that personal touch. However, when I returned for the evening, a grumpy guy was at the front desk when I walked in with Colton. By the time I got to my room, the phone was ringing. The nice lady said that Mr. Grumpy didn't know I had a pet with me. I informed her that Colton is not a pet but a Service Dog and we're able to travel securely under the 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act. She asked for proof and even though I didn't legally have to provide it, I gave her a copy of his photo card, rabies shot and Harris County registration. It's a shame that more hotels and their leadership teams are not read up on the law and are more accommodating. I know there are "those people" who buy a vest from Amazon and report they have Service Dogs that make hotels leery but a little education goes a long way on how to spot a fake...

Comfortable and Convenient location to stay.

I appreciate the convenience and comfortably of the location in reference to central Killeen.
