Fühlte mich im Hotel wohl - Nähe zum Restaurant und Supermarkt und alles funktionierte gut.

Funktioniert alles in allem gut. Nähe zum Supermarkt, zum Black Rock ist gut. Unproblematisches Verlängern des Aufenthalts bis spät nachmittags war gegen Gebühr möglich.

Rezeption verschieden, teils freundlich, teils nicht so zuvorkommend. Kreditkarten Abbuchungen bis zu Check out nicht so richtig nachvollziehbar. Zubuchungen, Abbuchungen. Schon recht hoher Preis.

Nice lobby area. The woman who greeted us for check-in was wonderful.

The fridge in our room did not work. Even if it did, the fridge was ridiculously small. The air conditioning unit made loud clunking and oscillating noises. There was no trash can in our room. A light was burned out. The shower was very dirty. The room layout is rather strange in that the bed is tucked into a corner, rather than being perpendicular to the wall. Because the fridge didn't work, and because the air conditioning unit was so loud that it was keeping me awake, I went down to the front desk to ask for a different room, but was told that the hotel was full and therefore, I could not move into another room. Also, the concept of having a Starbucks/restaurant-hybrid in the lobby was just strange, because breakfast cost us almost $30 even though we only received two small breakfast sandwiches and two drinks (although the food was good).

Nice but I would have enjoyed it more if the pool and hot tub we’re working!

safe location, plenty of wild life! the food was great!

The pool was very cold, and hot tub was out of order! because of that; my kid couldn’t enjoy time in the water. this was the reason I chose the accommodation!

Excellent

The location was great. It was near many restaurants and attractions. But the best part was the guest service. The staff was so amazing! They were extremely kind and helpful in providing recommendations of nearby places to visit. Qwana, who works at the front desk, was beyond exceptional! Her energy was so welcoming and she was also happy to assist us. She truly made our experience even better! Please give her the raise she deserves. Her work ethic deserves compensation because her positive attitude is very hard to find in people, especially within customer service work settings. Give her that bag!!! I will definitely be back again to stay at the Marriott because she gave us such wonderful interactions.

The cleanliness in the rooms could’ve been a bit better. Some of the sheets smelled a bit old as if they weren’t dried properly. The appliances in the room, specifically the coffee maker, was filthy. The pictures on the website of the amenities could’ve been updated as well. I think the photos were a misrepresentation of the size of amenities. Smaller pool and gym than expected. Back patio area was also unavailable for use.

Room was just like photos. Clean and comfortable no problems. Easy check in.

The in closed pool area was small and very hot because the hot tub was right beside it. Water in pool was also warm.

We paid extra for breakfast when we booked the room, but was also charged $30.00 more when I got our credit card statement. Would like that credited back to my credit card.

We were visiting relatives, so only in the facility to sleep.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the heat was easy to control. It was clean. There were enough towels (not often the case!).

Being informed that there was no cleaning or even making the beds would have been nice. The price was ridiculous, given no room cleaning or free breakfast. I requested a blanket in the morning - when we returned that night, it was still not in the room.

For the price paid per night, did not meet expectations.

The location was convenient to venue I went to and very convenient to I-94. Two restaurants (Steak and Shake and Black Rock Grille) within walking distance.

Appeared to be very short staffed. Checked in on Friday and TV in room did not work and it took until Saturday afternoon (2:00 p.m.) to get someone to look at it because only one staff member to cover front desk. Bedside phone did not work, it was from another room and wasn't plugged in. Had to ask for additional toilet paper (no extra roll and only 1/4-roll at check-in) and additional box of tissues (almost empty at check-in). Bedside clock had not been reset for daylight saving time (one week after time change). Not sure room heat was operating correctly ... chilly even though thermostat was set at 72 ... had to turn up to 78 to get heat to turn on.
