Vacation with daughter and grandchildren.

We have been coming here for over 6 years. We love that you can bring your pet and cook in your own room. It's great. The Beach is only 10 feet away or less. Everyone is so nice. You meet people from all over the world. Pleasant . I will be back again and again . ❤️❤️ This trip we had the pleasure of seeing two Rocket 🚀 launches. So cool 😎.

The beds are a bit to soft and the futon is uncomfortable. That's it!!

The most relaxing and beautiful 3 days I’ve had in the past few years.

This place is a diamond in the rough. An incredible spot right on the beach. Super friendly staff. Family and pet friendly! I couldn’t have been happier and will be coming back next year.

Short but sweet stay

Great location! Amazing view of the beach, our area wasn't too crowded. There was also a shower to rinse off on our way back to the room.

There wasn't a pool if that's something you care about, but we didn't mind since the ocean was right there.

Amazing views, right on the beach, friendly staff, clean rooms, and much more

Beautiful view of the ocean from any room. My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to get a room at the end, closest to the beach, but any of the rooms have incredible views. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. If you’re in the area and get the chance to stay here, I would most definitely recommend it. It’s a 30 second walk to the beach, and they have everything outside that you could need. Grills, hammocks, a deck with chairs overlooking the ocean, an outdoor shower and more. The staff was also extremely nice and understanding when we requested a late checkout. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Great small place to stretch out, relax and walk the beach...

Great 'vintage style' motel located right on the beach. Rooms were very nicely set up and large "suite style". Had all necessary cooking needs and full size fridge.

Won’t be staying here again

Private beach access

Parking was limited. Didn’t have a spot and I was a guest. The refrigerator was warm but freezer was ice cold. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

Pleasantly surprised

The location right on the beach is amazing and very close to town. We were kinda scared when we pulled up but when we went in the room everything changed. It is old and not fancy (so if you are bougie this place is not for you) but the room was clean and comfortable for 2 people. The staff was very nice, they let us check in a couple of hours early and let us check out 1 hour late. They have beach stuff to use and the grounds are kept clean and grass nice and green. The hammock was awesome. Having a kitchen is super convenient. Bed was comfortable and AC nice and cold. We enjoyed our stay.

The building is in need of TLC. It does not look like the pictures anymore. The deck needs painting and so do the wooden beach chairs.

Not the worst, not the best. The room was comfortable and clean, but nothing close by.

the room was spacious with a full kitchen. There were horseshoes and cornhole available to pass some time.

There is only one restaurant and one gas station within walking distance.

Location

We Booked online through booking.com , as soon as we arrived to checkin, we were schocked to find out a bad front view that does not match the images and photos in the booking.com website which is misleading ,the property has a poor quality showing mold on the front of the door rooms therefore we asked to visit the room prior to checking and were stunned with the poor quality including a bad smell certainly due to the use of chemicals or products to treat roaches which will put my wife in health risques because of her Ashma symptoms ,therefore we kindly apologized to the property front desk (may be the owner) not to mention lack of friendly welcoming and professional service..., we have expressed our concerns and asked both her and booking.com for a refund which has never been processed despite the promesse and a proper claim regarding health concerns due to lack of a sanitary and healthy environment as regulated by the hospitality industry. It was indeed a unique and historical terrible experience 😒

Perfect location, would book this motel again.

Spacious room, ground floor, quiet. Fully equipped kitchen. Walk-in closet, bathroom needs updating. Walk to beach, tiki hut, BBQ facilities with shaded sitting area, horse shoe pits. Wi-Fi with excellent reception. Plenty of parking.

Entire place could use a facelift, but this outweighs the location and price.

A great stay in a fabulous location.

Location brilliant - right on the beach. Old school charm -don't expect luxury. Parking right outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed. Grounds well kept.

It's all a bit tired and not too clean, but it is charming and I'd worry that a makeover would kill the magic. The enormous aircon unit was really loud.

we love the location, the staff, and the other guests were nice.

it’s old and expensive for the age. the Extra charge for the dogs was almost $200. that makes the price to stay here more expensive ( it went from $750 to $920) then the Hilton. sorry to say we will need to find another place to stay in the future. my dogs don’t trash your hotel. they don’t steal your towels or bust your TV. like us we only slept, showered and ate there. We will miss this place.

Cute friendly place right on the beach

The location is beautiful! The atmosphere is so very friendly! The room has everything for leaving there for a long time. The restaurant that the receptionist suggested ( Squid lips) was outstanding!

Rooms are a little outdated, but it adds charm.. Soundproof is not very high.

Wonderful experience! We would come back for sure!

The location to the beach was wonderful! Available to you are beach furniture, boogie board and even a cooler! The BBQ was great!

Needed a little maintenance- 4 chairs around the table.
