I hope improvements are made to the facility. It looks old and balcony felt unsafe.

Management allowed us to come in early. This was very helpful getting ready for celebrations. Perfect for families. It is just like an AB&B. Perfect location.

Disappointed that the indoor pool was closed. Management did not let meme know until 3 days before arrival. I rented 3 condos for 2 nights. Family celebrating birthdays. Kids looking forward to swimming.

The room was good, needed a few updates! It was an ok place to stay an the price was really good

the deck was rotten, we were lil scared using it, and bummed that the slides weren't working for the kids

Was a quick get away

It was definitely dated. But it definitely was a nice place to relax after shopping and tubing.

Didn’t like that we weren’t told before hand that the pools and slides were not going to be available.. that was a huge disappointment for my family.

enjoyed everything

no breakfast location was great

for 3 women staying from Thursday through Sunday you need to be able to get more towels and toilet paper than what is provided. We were supposed to get a loft but did not, but luckily our 4th person did not come.

We had a good time but we will choose a different place to stay next time.

Location was good

Blinds were broken so we couldn’t close them completely. Bathroom door dragged the floor and wouldn’t close. Tv in bedroom didn’t work at all. Water slides weren’t functioning. Unit wasn’t clean, found dead and alive bugs, half drank soda can on the dresser, dirty napkin under one bed. Bug under blanket on bed.

Superb

I like the resort, the staff was friendly. The house was cozy, and my kids loved the river and the pool with the hot tub. The facility is in a great location. I definitely will recommend it to a friend. I will definitely stay again.

What I didn't like 😕 needed more pillows 😴 to sleep comfortably. The bed was okay, not the best, but you could sleep well on them. But it was not a big deal overall,it was good.

lights went out from 10:30pm till 1:30am the people above us were loud especially at midnight when they came back from drinking heard every step they took not sure if it’s the thin walls but we heard their conversations all through the night, the beds were hard very outdated mattresses, the furniture as well as the TVs and the decor was outdated as well overall maybe the worst experience we have had.

The water slide did not work and had black water. The room was dirty. It had spider webs all over the inside windows. The floors had m&m's on the floor and other things. It smelled like mold. It was a very bad experience.

Rooms were clean. We liked having paper towels, toilet paper, etc. There could have been another dish towel in the kitchen for the dishes.

Twin beds squeaked. Missing slats in vertical blinds in living room & 2nd bedroom. Bathroom sink made for a midget.. The wooden walkways, as well as the outside of buildings are in desperate need of repair. Sorry I didn't take pictures of the areas in need of repair.. Why haven't you replaced the T111 with vertical vinyl siding? It would protect what is there.

Close to everything but far enough away from all the crowds.

The driveway up to the condos is too narrow and you can't see coming around the curbs. If you come up on an oncoming vehicle one of you has to backup and it's pretty scary.

Mountain Condo, right on the river!

There is a stairway right down into the river which we didn’t notice until checkout (on Sunday office is closed) had we known we could have played in the river more. Checkin told us there was a pool and gave us wrist bands we didn’t have time to go though due to just being a 2 night stay. There are water slides but they were closed. We couldn’t find the walking trail to get to down town so we just drove around to the town. It feels like your in a mountain way up in the condo because of the steep drive up. The jacuzzi in the master suite was nice and huge 4 adults could fit in with no problem! The patio was nice with great views!

Needed updated, the couches were wore out, the mattresses were not good quality, not comfortable, and seemed to crackle every move you made. Needs better lighting in the stairwell outside to climb up to your room. Make sure you read the checkout instructions you must take all your trash to the dumpsters yourself if you don’t drive a truck it’s at the bottom of the mountain so you have to put the trash in your car. The water slides were not open. Sunday Checkout the office is closed.

Laundry pod and dishwasher pods in room. Thank you. Suggest giving more laundry supplies. Room was better than expected after reading reviews.

Pictures for room at booking showed a rollaway bed. This was not in our room. The pull out sofa mattress was not sleepable.
