Updates are needed

The Price.

The curtains were outdated and wasn’t the right size also the A/C unit is very outdated. The breakfast was very different No Meat, only bread, pancakes, cereal and the only fruit was apples.

The front desk worker gave me a piece of paper stating that I would receive a return for the night.

Found bugs in the room. Room was extremely dirty. Also was very run down. Extreme smell and room and also hall. How to leave and pay for another hotel. There is no way my family is going to stay in that kind of room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The 2 ladies ar check in were not only friendly and helpful but also very entertaining.

The 'hot tub", was ice cold! This was one of the amenities that caused me to choose this location. I was looking forward to a relaxing soak in the hottub, that however was not very relaxing.

Paid breakfast was hard to get. Most of the building smells like weed. The elevator was slow and the parking lot has a pot hole that almost took out my cv axle

Don’t stay here anywhere is pretty much better option

I’m surprised this property passes health code standards. There’s mold everywhere holes in the wall. Build up on the walls and doors of grease. It’s very dark very dirty. Ripped up stained. I left couldn’t stay here so nasty read the current reviews not the old reviews staff is nice it’s not their fault. This place is in disarray. This place needs some serious, renovations. Even the newly remodeled rooms need to actually be remodeled and renovated… Stay at the comfort inn, or the Marriott in Texarkana.

Nothing I’m surprised the elevator even passes inspection, and the other one is broken. It’s very awful.

The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful, and the food in the restaurant was great.

The pool was highly chlorinated, the air in the area made my eyes turn red and water. The hot tub was not hot,

Filthy, hot hallways/rooms. Terrible stay, will never return.

Entire facility was filthy. First room we were given had dirty food on the tables and trash leftover on the desk. There was pee on the toilet seat. The 2nd room we were given had sticky stuff on all surfaces, it had not been vacummed. We immediately made a trip to the store to get disinfectant wipes and comet to clean the bathroom. The pool was not open when it said it was supposed to be. The hallways were SO hot, the room would never cool below 75. Trashy environment.

Couldn't get any ice. Only machine was on 2nd floor & never got any ice to dispense.

Easily accessible from the hwy.

I wiped down everything with clorox wipes as I always do, and the wipes were filthy. There were not enough towels. The pool was cold, and the pool room was freezing. Breakfast was not appealing. Ants took over a couple of rooms. I reserved three of them.

Great staff at an okay hotel

The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Free breakfast wasn’t actually breakfast, it was more of mini cinnamon buns belvita crackers and some grits because their kitchen was down. Also there was no transportation to and from the airport as promised, I was told the shuttle was out of commission once I called to be picked up and had to get an Uber. Almost 20 min wait to find an Uber because you’re in the middle of no where and we were not offered solutions

It’s passable but not what I expect from a Wyndaham name

The bathroom looked not too bad. Everything was clean and the lady at the front desk was lovely.

The room had an old, scary, stinky carpet. The AC had grafetti scrawled “Love kills slowly” 🤪 The office chair had basically no cover on the seat. The walls had holes. Some patched with filler (they didn’t fill them very well) others just plain holes.

The hotel was shabby. The room had a bad odor. There was no breakfast due to kitchen renovations. Just had stale pastries and bad coffee with no liquid cream or milk. Staff didn’t care.

Most unsatisfactory..we were on vacation traveling.

Building is in poor repair, our room had soil on the carpet,floor lamp had heavy dust at base, flooring being laid in the hallways…we felt like we were in a construction zone. You should not be renting rooms during this work…really misrepresented the Wyndham gardens brand. No breakfast with a sit down space… a cart sat in the lobby , we were told to grab and go.??really!!!

Dirty room, scarred furniture, construction work outside our door,no plate in microwave and microwave door broke. Only 1 garbage can. Only 1 packet of regular coffee for 2 guests. No hot breakfast.

I'm so sorry

I like that it was easily located and the staff was nice that worked at the desk but nothing other than that was good.

The elevator smelled like weed every time we got on it and although they have two elevators only one worked. The hotel room was on the fourth or fifth floor and as soon as you step off the elevator the floor was so hot you could barely breathe. When we got in the room it smelled like smoke. The shower was so dirty my mother called the desk to have someone come up to clean it which wound up beingy mother, who just used the cleaning supplies and she cleaned the restroom and everything you could touch in the room. The rag after wiping everything down was black it was so dirty. I'm not really big on making a scene somewhere or calling places out but this was completely unacceptable. It was sad and I'm sorry I had to tell y'all what happened.
