It was pleasant.

I liked the location and the friendliness of the staff. Free cookies and water at front desk was very nice.

The spa was in need of a total redue.

I would stay there again.

The breakfast was wonderful! The bed was very comfortable! I appreciated the elevator. The daytime staff were very welcoming. I liked the decor in the lobby, halls, and room. There is lots of parking.

The bathroom door was too close to the toilet. With the room layout, it can't be changed. The outdoor lighting was quite dark! I need more light at night as I age.

Cliff is the best!

The breakfast, fridge, beds and price. Staff member named Cliff was very helpful with a date change.

Not all staff would help help with a mistaken reservation date change. Cliff did by calling the manager and the manager was great! Too😉

Poor

Unacceptable that the owner left housekeepers to do the front desk and housekeeping. Facility need to have a good clean , we did t even have a light fixture in our bathroom.

Location was nice. Facility has potential to be nice but is not kept up or cleaned.

Facility is dirty. Staff was not available they always had a stepped away from desk sign out. The room had no linens for the family room bed, the toilet didn't flush, the shower curtain bar was pulling out of the wall so curtain wouldn't stay put. The pool area is in SERIOUS need of cleaning. We will not.stay there again.

The rooms need a lot of TLC and updating, especially for the price, will not stay again.

The staff member when I arrived was very friendly and personable, she informed me of all the amenities of the property at check-in. Breakfast was decent and included with the stay. Pet-friendly at no additional cost. Great location, right off the interstate and next to Cabelas, Walmart, Culver’s, etc.

My room did not have a smoke detector (photo included), I went to make coffee with the in-room coffee maker and found a very dirty reservoir (photo included), my phone was dead when I left (forgot to plug it in) so I didn’t get a photo, but I noticed there were stains on the window curtains, the wallpaper was peeling, and there appeared to be mold (all above the air unit/window). I also found it strange that the gravy was in a basic crockpot. The room was listed at $140 on a weeknight, very overpriced!

Stay at the Holiday Inn right across the street.

Close to the interstate and Walmart.

The smoke detector was broken along with several lamps in the room. There were dead bugs in the bathroom. The back door to the building was unlocked so anyone could come and go as they pleased. They placed my daughter and I in the very back by the stairwell with direct access to the open door. I had to take security measures into my own hands because I was not risking my daughter being kidnapped. The staff were never at the front desk and we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. We were on a time crunch and the 20 minutes was detrimental to our getting ready for an event. The bed was super wonky and completely uneven. super weird. The price was not cheap! I was expecting better! In short, stay at the Holiday Inn right across the street.

The kids love the pool and HotTub! An they said the breakfast was amazing!

The rooms are clean the beds are comfortable.. Only thing I didn't like what the pool was too cold very cold but the hot tub was great

I loved the cozy lodge like feel of this place. The staff was warm and inviting and the beds were very comfortable.

A little updating to fixtures & finishes would improve their score but really I loved it, would stay here again and recommend it to others.
