Nothing at all.

Dirty, rude housekeeping, stick floors, smoke smell throughout. Housekeeping came in on day 2 and made beds. Still a filthy toilet and no toilet paper or tissue.

Exceeded expectations!

It’s a nice hotel to stay at in Decorah. It’s a quiet location tucked behind the main roads. It doesn’t look great from the outside but it’s nice and our room was big. The breakfast was good, too. The staff were nice as well.

Started bad. Guy couldn’t find our confirmation numbers, waited almost ten minutes , told us several times we didn’t have reservations . Guy was rude and unfriendly.Room was thilty, tore of the bedding as is was all stained , the floor in bathroom had another person’s hair in the shower and floor was never cleaned as there was food on the floor,. Needed to be aired out as it smelled like cigarette smoke. The back door security door was not working, anyone could come in, would not recommend it . Corporate needs to see how bad this is!!

Just passing through,one night of sleep

Location and price

Bed was hard. Building smelled like cigarette smoke. Security doors were unlocked. The mirror in the bathroom was smeared, bathroom sink was really slow to drain. Bathtub had peeling of layers off of it. Old Building needs to be updated. Staff was hard to understand. Breakfast was Stale on hardly anything left. A few muffins, slices of bread. Hard biscuits. Cold gravy, non rippned bananas.

I would stay there any time, and will stay there again!

Great location, great price, VERY comfortable beds. We asked for adjoining rooms, and we were only 1 room apart. Not adjoining, but fine.

The bathtub was VERY badly stained and unattractive. The breakfast was not attended and some things were not available. The outside door on the side said it was always locked but actually never locked.
