This was all we had hoped it would be, a beautiful setting and a very comfortable cabin with decks overlooking the ranch. There are horses, ponies, pigs, chickens, and 2 beautiful dogs hanging out on the property. The Cordwood restaurant oozes charm and ambiance as well. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and dinner at the Cordwood. S'mores and conversation with other guests by the firepit was a great way to end our day! Super easy access to the East entrance of Zion!
Hate to complain about anything, the only issue was the flooring in the cabin, some broken tiles, and the floors were extremely squeaky downstairs making it hard to sneak around quietly when others were sleeping. There are few choices for food close by, so it would have been nice to have a fully equipped kitchen.

Beautiful property! The location was very convenient to Zion national Park. They staff was vert friendly, welcoming and helpful. We loved seeing all the ranch wildlife.
I think the restaurant is a little too upscale for the area itself. Personally, It would have been nice to have a little cafe/sandwich shop or something.

Beautiful location. Restaurant food was good and the staff friendly.
We were very disappointed with the quality of the property for the price we paid. There was also no heat in our room for several hours. Although it was only 7pm, the front desk didn't answer the phone (we tried for several hours) and we could not reach anyone to come and fix the heating until we finally tried calling reservations and they picked up immediately. Someone came to fix the problem and then it stopped working again during the night. We froze.

Everywhere you look is picture worthy.
Peaceful, just awesome!!!

Spacious, comfortable cabin with a balcony from which bison could be watched grazing with the Zion National park on the horizon. Good restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Minutes from the entrance to Zion on the quiet side of the park, Bryce National Park a little over an hour away.
A longer stay?

The view at checkin was nice-children running around , playing with on-site dogs
over the top rustic to the point of being shabby and dirty

nightmare in zion
I do not recommend this ranch. does not meet expectations.
When you check in, make sure if the young guy is there to be a woman, from what I observed he treated women better than he treated me.
When they gave us our cabin we discovered that we were not in the ranch, but in a part attached to the main road, where vehicles pass continuously, this is not seen in the photos of their advertising.
When commenting that we were unhappy after seeing said cabin and that it was not the one we had reserved or seen in the photos booking or even internet, he asked us where we had made the reservation, we told him that Booking immediately told us that they were full.
We made a visit to the ranch to the other cabins and there were several empty and also via Booking they were available when they told us that they were full but it was not like that, they told us that they would talk to the manager and that they would notify us to give us an answer and they never told us.
The service is very bad, unless you are a woman, the guy there is very friendly.
The cleaning was very bad, cobwebs behind all the doors with signs of having been there for many months.
Both the bathroom in the shower area and outside the cabin did not have lights, no one went to clean or put the lights on, having told the guy at the reception.
The night was a horror, many trucks, motorcycles and vans passing fifteen meters from where you sleep until late at night and when you start to sleep the traffic arrives from the beginning around 5-6 and it is even worse.
In conclusion, it is more of a cheap roadside motel than a ranch. don't waste your money
I was going on my honeymoon and it was a nightmare I would never repeat.
This establishment should not be advertised on booking with these fake photos that do not show the location of cabins next to the road

We had the most amazing experience at Zion Mountain Ranch, especially as it was our Honeymoon! We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations or services. The property is absolutely stunning and I LOVED all the animals, they were so sweet. We also had a great experience using their partner to book a Jeep Tour and Sunset Horseback Riding

The view from our cabin was great
There needs to better signage to find the ranch as you go up Highway 9. Maybe something at the junction to show how far the ranch is. Our GPS had us going to the wrong place.

I loved how there were animals and wild life everywhere. They bring the horse's out to feed and play with. There are bunnies and ducks, a couple of watch dogs running around, it was great. Definitely kid friendly but not full of kids, if that makes sense! Staff was friendly too. It's more of a remote location, felt private and peaceful. Was a beautiful place to stay. Would recommend to others, we'll definitely be back!
A little far from the park but we knew that going into it, that was also part of the attraction. A little pricey but everything is right now. Not bad!!

Beautiful location. The firepit and animals were a nice added touch. The staff was helpful.
Our bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived. No toilet paper, trash in the can, and toothpaste stuck on the sink. However, they made up for it right away, sent someone to clean, and gave us a complementary breakfast to make up for it. We had a wonderful stay.

It is a beautiful property that allows you to experience the beauty of the area without being in large groups of people. It provides multiple opportunities for you to participate in during your stay. The cabins are well maintained and nicely decorated. They also offer a farm to table restaurant featuring bison.
There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like.
