Bien situé, mais niveau de service pas au niveau du prix payé

Très bien situé sur les bords de la rivière et à moins de 10min de marche des cascades. Pour le reste établissement à l'américaine, fonctionnel et propre. Petit déjeuner au dessus de la moyenne américaine. Restaurant cher mais de bon niveau.

Personnel pas agréable. Checkin de deux chambres avec des enfants. On nous dit d'abord qu'on aura deux chambres adjacentes puis non. Il a fallu quémander le pass parking et les vouchers petits-déjeuners. Qu'est ce que cela aurait été si je n'étais pas membre de Hilton Honors

I liked the view of the river and the front desk staff, Ryan, was wonderful.

The lighting in the room and bathroom was not good. It was frustrating trying to put my makeup on.

Nice facility- Would stay again!

Friendly land helpful staff. Great restaurant/bar on location. Clean facilities and rooms.

Terrible parking!! Blankets on the beds are slippery and ineffective. Cotton is a far superior material for sheets and blankets staying put.

enjoyed having a Starbucks right there

I slipped walking into the lobby and put my back out pretty bad. I had to go to the chiropractor twice this week and go again on Thursday.

You DON’T get what you pay for!

the location. I also love Crave, so we thought it was the perfect spot to stay.

We booked a suite with outdoor space. Confirmed at check in and was told we had a suite but no patio. Went to the room and we paid $400 for a regular room. Talked to the front desk and after 10 min was told that they could move us to another room, but it would be smaller and we wouldn’t receive a partial refund for a downgrade. Only offered Hilton points, but wasn’t given an amount that I’d receive. Had we known it wasn’t an actual suite, we could’ve saved $150 and booked 2 rooms separately. Because we had booked so early, we got screwed.

There are other nearby options I would check out on my next visit.

The location is walkable to downtown. It’s convenient to have a Crave restaurant and Starbuck’s on site.

The rooms are shabby and in disrepair and furnishings are extremely basic. Since our last stay the swimming pool has been closed.
