Convenient location, easy checkin, good breakfast, comfortable beds.

Due to construction, public areas (hallways, elevators) were less than clean. Probably temporary, though. Previous visits have been fine.

Great value. Large, clean room, good location.

Staff accidentally double charged me for the room. They attempted to resolve it themselves, but were unable to with their own system. Had to dispute the charge on the credit card. Happy ending, but a bit of extra trouble.

Quiet but dirty

I stayed for a week while working in Cotulla. The building was less than a mile from my work place. The staff was friendly when I checked in just barely after 3 pm. It was really quiet at night. At a glance everything looked clean. I very much appreciated that the room key worked for the entire week. Usually after a day or two it needs to be reset. When it came time to check out, they called my room to see if I needed more time and I thought that was nice. The bed was very comfortable and I didn’t wake up with a back ache like other places. I was a female traveling alone and i felt fairly safe but I didn’t wander around. Everything was good except the cleanliness. I’m undecided if I’ll stay there again.

I stayed for a week while working in Cotulla. I used a personal card to reserve the room but wanted to actually pay with a company card but I ended up having to pay for it and be reimbursed which is aggravating because either they could not or would not change the credit card from the one I made reservations with. When I got to my room, I noticed that housekeeping was vacuuming the rooms near mine and it went on for about an hour. I travel with ziplock bags and Lysol wipes. The remote was filthy so it went into s ziplock bag. The nightstand was very dirty. While at a glance everything looked clean most every surface I wiped resulted in the Lysol wipe turning brown. Parking lot was small and the hotel was full. I’m undecided if I’ll stay there again.
