Convenient, quiet, well managed

Stayed 4 nights the Had no room service for 2 days had to call on the 3rd day for room serivce. The room could of bin cleaner. The sink had stuff it. The floor was dirty. The beds where in comfortable.

The facilities, the staff and location were all on point. The bed was so comfortable and the pool was clean and well maintained. The food on site was good and it was great to have a restaurant so close with so many options for all meals. The snack shop was also loaded with choices.
It had some issues because of age, like our bathroom fan was out of the wall a bit but my biggest complaint is that the floor was so dirty. After walking around in socks for only 30 minutes, they were so dirty. I “mopped “ the floor with a wet towel and it was black. The rest of the room was clean,however.

Great atmosphere. Helpful staff. Daily room cleaning. Cleaning took place in the late afternoon. Which was great. Didn’t have to worry about someone knocking on the door early in the morning.

The bed was comfortable and it was situated in a good place for eating and drinking places.
Front door wouldn’t open or close properly (my wife couldn’t do either and I had to use a shoulder each time). Bathroom door wouldn’t close at all. Shower curtain was too short so bathroom floor flooded every time we showered. Dehumidifier was so noisy we could sleep and we found Cockroach’s in the bath during the night.
Worst place we’ve ever stayed in and to top it, I’m still waiting for my incidentals fee cancelled from my account two days later, even though they stated it would happen by end of business on the day I checked out.

Close to International Drive.
Beds had bed bugs. Front desk workers did not answer phone so had to physically go down to the lobby to get someone to assist. Had to get a refund for the night since they could accommodate our two bed request and had difficulty finding another hotel with Memorial Weekend.

Good location
They take a $100 security deposit but do not reserve it on the credit card. They actually bank it and then refund it which is an issue for international travellers. With the exchange rate on different days you don’t get the whole amount back. Please change this to only reserve the amount. Not Happy!

The room was quite damaged the walls, the bed made a lot of noise when you moved, and the air conditioning sounded horrible, you couldn't sleep well because of the noise it made and also the bathrooms were dirty and there were cockroaches in the closets!

Great location! At night we walked along the street and had lots to do! So many restaurants and bars in walking distance. The Orlando Eye, and mini golf were on the street as well. Great value for the price as well!

Absolutely nothing....
Absolutely nothing.... stayed at this hotel on so many different occasions and been happy.... but stayed here on two separate occasions during my vacation....couldn't check in on time and kept at front desk for over an hour after travelling twelve hours due to computers down.. ... not acceptable... then they put you at the back of block 3..... your as well sleeping on a park bench. Reluctantly they moved me.... on the second visit asked for a late check out..... but had to wait in huge queues to get someone, i was then informed it was no problem only to be forced to go back and address this again at eleven o'clock...front desk staff are not competent in their tasks.

I've always loved the motel for its location.
Easy walk to lots of great places along I drive.
While I know they are working on renovating the facilities. They still have a long ways to go.
Our bathroom toilet was held together by a wire to hold the flapper. No one ever came to fix it. So we had to remove the lid and manually flush our toilet every time we used it.
The bed was horrible. Hard, uncomfortable, and made the worst noise we you made the slightest of movement. Thought it was gonna fall apart.
We had a superior king room with a pool view 3rd floor. (#1336) we paid right at $350 for 2 nights and honestly we will be looking into other motels in that location. We come over to Orlando ALOT for concerts and such, and for 7 years now this was our go to. But I think this trip has defined our needing to go elsewhere. When I can stay next door at Embassy Suites for $20 more per night with nicer accommodations. Time to go.

The price for the stay was way too high for what we got, when we checked in the gave us the same room as two girls and we walked in on them changing, the food was insanely overpriced, our room was facing i4 so we had to listen to cars all day and night.

Great Location and close to restaurants and ICON Park. Perfect for what we needed. Children enjoyed the fact the pool and hot tub was open until 11pm. Our central heating wasn't working , but the maintenance man HECTOR was incredible and change the unit by himself to make sure our room was a great temperature. Thanks again Hector! The breakfast in the cafe was basic but still great for what we paid and the children enjoyed the pancakes.
The noise from the fridge was so loud so had to plug it out. Breakfast was only 2 people per room so gave our free voucher to the kids and paid for ours. This could have been made clearer on the website. The reception staff could have been friendlier...but didnt bother us,

The rooms have bathrooms with sinks separate from the toilet room, which is annoying and is not hygienic. There is also a lot of outside car noise as this is right beside a highway.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The beds were comfy and the cleaning staff came every day to tidy up the room and bring fresh towels. The hot tub and the pool were very nice to relax after a busy day.

Location is beautiful, the room was ok, bed was not so comfortable. I did not use the pool facility besides having breakfast there. The pool is a good seating area.
I personally did not feel secure having a room on the perimeter of the complex which does not have a wall. Also the fact that I had neighbours that were drinking alcohol on the pavement up to midnight.
