Someone left a note in my room that said "Crystal have awesome day" on a card asking for a tip/rate.

Someone left a note in my room that said "Crystal have awesome day" on a card asking for a tip/rate. My name is not crystel and they went in my room while i was gone during the evening. It made me feel uncomfortable to know they knew my friends name without me telling the staff.. .

Disappointing save your money and keep driving

The bed was adequately comfortable

The hotel didn’t even meet the basic standards, the furniture was beyond its useful life, the walls are paper thin, the breakfast is the minimum of effort and options. We skipped it. There is no evidence anyone actually cares about providing hospitality.

It served the purpose, at a decent rate, just needed a shower and a few hours rest before heading on to our destination.

Outdoor access to our room, had a microwave & mini fridge. Sheets were high quality & soft. AC worked very well. Free breakfast. Pillows were good. Staff was friendly.

Found a dead bug in nightstand drawer, the shower was so small you had very little room to move. Bed was very hard. Room has a very weird, unpleasant smell, towels were thin and small.

Room and location was perfect (comfortable and very clean) for our travels to Florida. Breakfast was available early and ample hot food. Coffee was very good also.

The room was great with the full size fridge in it. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was sub par to say the least. The eggs tasted like they were powdered eggs. No bread for toast.

Diane in breakfast room was a great help and the breakfast was great.

The door to my room was opened by mistake at 11 p.m. by one of the staff. They closed the door and went away but I didn't find out who it was till morning. A woman said she couldn't get her door to open and they didn't confirm her room number before trying to open what she thought was her door.

We have stayed here a number of times and it always has worked well.

Friendly staff, good location, always have been very accomodating.

Did not feel like the room was as spotless as usual, but certainly most adequate. A suggestion woukd be to clean the bathroom fan…scuzzy.

Customer service not the best…

Convenient to meeting

Asked to have a top floor room, was told that wasn’t the room I reserved. TV or phone didn’t work in room, asked for another room. Desk clerk requested to come to room to see if he could fix the tv and phone. Had to turn on tv manually, but was able to change channels. Was told to use my personal phone if I needed to call the hotel. Wasn’t given a new room. Will not stay there again.

Reasonable price with ample breakfast and near interstate. clean room and comfy bed and sufficient for a quick overnight stop on our way home.

We always choose this Baymont on our trips to/from Florida.

Staff very friendly and helpful(Candy). Facility is always clean, and the hot breakfast has everything we need. Pleased that Baymont still recognizes the need for hand sanitizer.

The bed was so comfortable that we missed the hot free breakfast!

The room was newly updated. My king bed was super comfortable!

Don’t miss the frontage road to get into this property. It comes up real fast and only have access from a closed gas station entrance. Look for the Waffle House and turn before.

The staff were very kind and facility was very clean and comfortable!

The rooms were newly renovated and renovated very well. The hot breakfast was exceptional!

I don’t like the rooms being outside the hotel, but we didn’t have any issues.
