Our stay at the Hampton Inn was very satisfactory, specially with the front desk hospitality

The two employees at the front desk that were working the night of our arrival (evening of August 12th early morning/ August 13th were Excellent!! They offered us a very warm welcome that evening and went out of their way assisting us with our reservation that was not booked correctly. Employees like the two working at the front desk that evening made our stay at the Hampton Inn much better.

Although the the breakfast was complementary, the hot breakfast items in the menu could be better. The potatoes were uncooked and the hot meat (some type of hot dog) could be replaced for a more appealing meat breakfast.

less than what i am used to staying at a hampton

room was clean

the shower in our room had part of the shower head come off, the toilet in our other room ran constantly unless you pulled on the handle. the free wifi in our room wouldn't connect. we called and asked if we were able to check in early and were told on the phone that our rooms were ready. when we got there an hour early, we were told they didn't know what we were talking about and check in is at 3 and our rooms were not ready.

Waited 3 hours for my room, the toilet didn't work right, they gave us a room someone else was staying in, and breakfast was horrible. The front desk and breakfast ladies were mean and didn't tell the truth about anything.

The back parking lot had pools of flowing water and so it had a lot of knats back there . The water looked dirty, like sewage water.

Won’t stay there again

I stayed in room 206 and even though there is a no smoking policy enforced apparently my room was a smoking room in past years. it had the smell of a stale ashtray. got freshener from housekeeping but had little effect. air conditioning was very poor. my stay was through Monday but left on Sunday couldn’t take room odor. which was picked up on my clothing. management had an oh well attitude

It was ok but for the cost I would pick a different hotel on the next visit.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel in general was clean.

The pool was not open and it was 4th of July weekend. The breakfast was not up to par for the hotel chain, very little to choose from.

Check in was an absolute nightmare. Hotel put a hold on my credit card for nothing at all. The clerk had no idea why t

I booked five rooms. Upon arrival although each individual paid for their room and their incidentals. The hotel put a hold on my card for all the rooms. To add insult to injury they also put a hold on my card for $300 for incidentals. Incidentals are $100. I asked the clerk why this was done, she had no idea but couldn’t do anything about it. The hotel put a hold on my card for $906, which put a damper on my trip. I couldn’t go shopping and had limited funds for dinner. This was very disappointing.

The still was wonderful and money well spent.

The breakfast was amazing. It was an actual home cooked meal. Not just some frozen mess you put in the microwave. I absolutely loved that about this hotel because meals are very important to me and my family. That’s our time spent together with laughter and conversation. And it was nice to be away from home and still feel like I am there.

There was nothing to complain about or dislike. Everything was amazing.
