Very disappointed don’t plan to stay there again

Bed was comfortable but curtains to block out light had holes all in them

Very poor breakfast , place needs updating . Bathroom on advertisement showed updated components which were false

Very good

Clean and convenient to the highway. I appreciate the soap dispensers rather than individual bottles in the bathroom. Quiet location next to a Mexican restaurant.

The breakfast was adequate but nothing more. Very limited options and at 7am of a 6-9 breakfast, items had already run out.

People not from the US think Americans are stupid

The room was spacious

The woman the next morning didn't want to give me my deposit back for 4 sticky notes the night before something ate me up it wasn't bed bugs more like dust mites the guy who worked at night couldn't put me in another room because it would come out his check so he gave me new sheets but because it was in the floor she that it was navy so I went back got my manifestation sticky notes then she gave me my deposit back & then I cussed her tf out because she thought I was dumb All Black people are not stupid you came here with 10years no taxes I paid for you to be here respect my mind mind before I have you deported. ..... Also when I checked in the man tried to get an early check In fee & deposit but 1 person 20$ early check in then another 1 said 30$ so I said I'll wait me & another woman so I asked could she watch my things so I could go the store to get cash cause at this point I didn't want my card on file there .. .when I came back less than 15mins later he had checked her in (he said no rooms where clean) ( had to wait until 3pm) long story short he had checked her in so I set there for 5 minutes or so then he asked was I ready to check in..... moral of this story is he tried to make money off of us but he waited to be separated to check us in cause we have been talking so he was just trying to get extra money out of both the whole time

not a good hotel

location

would not cancel my extra room when I called a day before to let them know my husband could not travel he was very sick. The front desk guy was rude and short with me. the TV did not work. No body wash in the dispenser.. it was very loud till after 12:09 pm.

Disappointing

Rooms were exceptionally clean. well lighted and comfortable pages.

We came in before even using the restroom my husband flushes it just something we always do to make sure everything is working. we called the front desk and told them he insisted we must put to much tissue in it . Then he said well come to the front desk and get the plunger you will have to plunge it. Then rudely he told my husband make sure its clean before you bring it back. (it was already filthy) . I just felt like it was poorly and rudely taking care of.

Pleasant stay, comfortable room.

Reasonable price, comfortable bed, very friendly check-in person.

The bathroom was not as clean as I expected. There was hair in the bathtub and dirt piled in the corners. The towel my husband used to dry off ripped apart in his hands.

Please don’t advertise that you are close to the university

The snacks

The hotel was marketed as being close to the university. It really wasn’t. There were no amenities like a gym. There wasn’t a bench to sit outside. I left and I gladly paid 2x the amount I paid for 2 nights here for one night at a hotel .5 miles from campus

Good place for a short layover and get a good night’s sleep

quiet, comfortable bed, price, convenient parking

tv wouldn’t work with the remote and had to go to front desk for a working one. Every channel we tried to watch had a msg that you had to purchase (we were trying local and national news). Vent fan in bathroom didn’t work so steamed up pretty good. Took a look at the breakfast offering and went to Waffle House instead.
