Love it !!! Old Florida charm and super clean !!

It was adorable !!! So close to the ocean… room with a view and so quaint !!! Just a perfect place to get away too.

Great location but rooms need some work.

Location near the beach.

Lots of condition issues. Rooms are small. No free coffee in the lobby or even basic continental breakfast options. Overpriced for what you get.

Disappointing stay - dark, dated rooms that do not match the photos on the site.

Right on the beach: easy access for a nice early morning stroll. Partial (obstructed) view of the ocean. Close to a grocery store, and an easy access to St. Augustine.

The room is dark, dingy, a questionably clean. Very basic amenities in the room. The bed was comfortable, but that is about the only positive thing about this place.

My stay was awesome, a few hiccups but the staff handled them and I will be back soon! this is my second stay there and

it’s so close to the beach and the staff is always so friendly. had and issue with my A/C not working and they moved me immediately.

Fabulous getaway and we want to go back with our grands.

Excellent location! Restaurants, shops, and Publix within walking distance, didn’t move our car for days. Gourmet hot dog shop on site was fun. People were very friendly. Entire area is pet friendly. Vilano Beach is right there and great for kids because of the sand bar. We had second floor room with a balcony that wrapped around two sides. Nice for shade certain times of the day. Shabby chic decor that we loved!

Overall for the location, price point, facility age, amenities close by worth it.

The location was very convenient to the beach! Staff was very helpful and sought to help us with a couple of issues, for example we didn't have a phone plan more than willing to facilitate messages. This is an older property so my expectations about the room were on par. The room actually offered two little fridges along with a microwave, ice readily available. Three locations to eat within walking distance, plus two more at the end of the island. Publix very close would get salads for lunch.

The room itself could use a deeper clean for example the fan. Some mold detected in the shower. Water pressure was minimal.

We liked how helpful the staff were. The proximity to the ocean Beach was far better than expected. The room we had was very well outfitted with everything that we would expect.

We got to the motel but no room. Booking.com put the charge through days earlier but didn’t put through the reservation. All decent hotels in the area we’re booked. We couldn’t shower, dine at our reserved restaurant, see the sunset. Had to backtrack 40 miles to a hotel. Not good 😣 Asked your help person to call us when he found another motel but no call. Later, after we were at the hotel, saw an email. Too late! Bad service!!!!

Overall, we were glad to make this trip.

We stayed in this motel several years ago. So we knew more or less what to expect. We knew that we were going to be very close to the beach and Publix to buy food. WiFi was excellent!

We were surprised not to find a fully equipped kitchen. There were no pans, plates, mugs, utensils, etc. Some of these were provided upon request. There were no blankets. And we were there in early January. Our bedding consisted of pillows and one cover sheet. Fortunately, I took a small woolen blanket with me.

room 203 was very spacious and has a large patio. unfortunately the downstairs room has outside smoking and it seeps to the rooms.

It was really a fun place to stay. Loved the location. Will return!

The room was clean and was a good size. The ambiance was great, ol Florida charm. Beach was real easy to get to! The staff was very accommodating. Great time!

No kitchen ware. Had to go to the office to get any kitchen items we needed.
