The staff was extremely accommodating. The free shuttle to and from the airport is so convenient. There are a lot of food places a few blocks away from the hotel.

Breakfast had everything the traveller would want. Tasty food, good coffee, wide selection all present. Tables were clean and tidy. Room was spacious, spartan, but certainly adequate. Cleanliness of bathroom was excellent. A/C fan was so noisy had to shut it off the hear the TV.

Took a modern, GPS equipped, $150 taxi from Brooklyn Cruise Terminal to address 133-42 39th Ave Flushing 11354. GPS delivered us to the opposite side of the motorway where we couldn’t locate address. A call to hotel number didn’t help as staff couldn’t explain why our correct address did not bring us to your entrance. Warn travelers a taxi’s GPS system may not find hotel address. Instruct staff how to instruct drivers to get to your location. Must cross that motorway to reach the opposite side where address exists.

The staff was amazing. I love that you have an intern program, we met several of them.

Location was noisy and hectic. But I’m sure that’s everywhere in NYC

the breakfast needs a better variety of foods. Also the maids need to make sure everything is cleaned thoroughly and stocked.

I like the location and the comfort level of the room. The staff was lovely.
