9.5/10 Great staff, generous accommodations.

The free breakfast available was simple but better than most others. I appreciated the juice options. The late night pantry items for purchase were better than any vending machine. Speaking of machines, the ice machines on each floor also had a water dispenser. 10/10. Kudos not everyone wants to drink from the tap in the bathroom. I’m sure it was also a seasonal thing, but the mid range humidity with the heater did not make for the most pleasant sleep. It could just be because I’m from California.

I stayed in room 303 and my door didn’t shut all the way on its own. I had to push it shut. I already mentioned the heater issue in my compliments, but a solid unit. It might’ve just been my short trip and inability to acclimate to the local weather.

The bed was comfortable but keep your shoes on.

The breakfast was good.

The carpet was filthy. The jets on the hot tub did not work.

Nice Facility and easy going staff

The Beds felt pretty good and new.

Very amazing value for how nice it is. Very high end Very impressive.

There was so many kids and teenagers I didn't sleep but a few hours since the kids and teens were running up and down hallways all night. Kids were doing cannon balls into the pool splashing everyone who was in the hot tub so was only able to enjoy that for about 10 mins. If it hadn't been for extreme rude 50 plus teens and kids the stay would have been a 10 out of 10

Ok if looking for somewhere to sleep

The hotel is fine if you just want a place to sleep. Beds are comfortable

Microwave in room eas broken. Most if the machines in the fitness room did not work. Pool smelled like a swamp. My kids whi love to swim would not go in it

The front desk lady was rude about them messing up on my reservation saying I payed for one less day than I did so I had to pay for 1 day twice then made me go through Booking.com for refund when it was their fault and still haven’t got it

Economy room. no frills. breakfast nothing fancy. have had better. but then again saved $20 to $40 for a neighboring hotel. ok for a one night stop over

Exceptional

Jill and Hailey at service desk were above and beyond with customer service. Wanda liys -room service also did a great job cleaning our room making our beds and getting us stocked up with towels. Overall great experience. Would stay again.
