It wasn’t anything like pictured. Was aweful.

The location was fine

The bath didn’t work, we didn’t have a patio like it said, trying to get ahold of someone for information was crazy; they knew nothing about the property, security when just entering the building was rude sometimes, nothing at all how the pictures looked on booking.

Nightmare.

It was quiet

The pool was broken. The jets didn’t work. Garage was inaccessible but had water leaking out of it the whole time. The house is infested with ants. Woke up a couple of days and our toothbrushes were covered. Ants are in the beds as well. Furniture is dated and the beds are like rocks. This was our third year with this company and have never been disappointed but this year the home was awful. Will be letting the friends and family that I’ve gotten to book w them over the last 3 years that they’ve made changes and it’s not worth the stay. Very upset.

We enjoyed our stay.The heated pool was a huge success with our grandchildren.

Location,size of pool and heated well, excellent communication .

Very creaky bed in double bedroom ,property in definite need of updating,surrounding pool area grubby,only one tea towel for 11 days,no cork screw .

This house was very nice spacious and clean but could use a little remodeling....

There wasn't any air-conditioning in the master bedroom and the bed in one of the rooms was broken as well as the blinds keep falling.

Very nice place.

It was a very nice place. It's always nice having a private home to enjoy versus a hotel.

We stayed in another one of your properties in September 2021. The other one was more well kept. This was very nice, but the other one was far superior.

Nice enough

Nice property in a quiet location. Beautiful grounds and a warm pool! Unit was clean and roomy.

Beds are really uncomfortable and mattresses are in dire need of replacement. Minimal supplies. Washer did not work but was replaced 2 days before departure. Small outside patio but no chairs provided.

Awesome spot! Safe, clean, and very reasonably priced!

Loved the house and the location. The owner was wonderful and very helpful and extremely responsive. No complaints at all. Would do it again!

Guests absolutely need to buy supplies. The rental provides the bare minimum understandably, keep that in mind. There's a Walmart 5 min away which was convenient.

Location was good and parking. Safe environment within gated comples

Decor was very dated. Not very clean and could do with a deep clean. Floors when walking very sticky. Pool area very small and again needed a good clean. Wasnt very private as path ran alongside pool When in pool area path runs alongside which is used very often with people looking in as passing Unfortunately hadn't picked up all bedrooms were upstairs and I have a disability which meant with help I could get to room at night and the helped down again in morning and couldn't go up any other time.

The private pool was nice and beds were comfy. There is a lake and playground around the corner.

We had no control over the A/C. It was really hot at night.

A comfortable, charming, slightly worn house. Great pool. Kids loved the pool table. Was conveniently located half an hour away from both disney and universal. Hidden treasure- the resorts lake. Make sure to visit it.

Slight wear and tear of the house, but even that made it a bit homey.

this property needs a better cleaning company and an owner more interested in maintaining the inside of the property.

it was a secure location where the outside property was well maintained.

the property wasn’t clean on our arrive and the inside is in need of maintenance. the stove and shower curtains were dirty. the property manager solved the issues by replacing the shower curtains and placing foil over the drip pans. There was beer bottle cap under the couch and small bugs and spider webs in the corners of the windows and floors.

Great home for a large family

Great home with plenty of room and bedspace. Our family loved the location close to all the main attractions that we went to see.

The pool heater went out several times while we were there making the water cold. Management was responsive to our request about the pool heater.
