I really like this hotel chain, but the location is important

Excellent hotel. wonderful staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Fresh bed linen. Kitchenette, large refrigerator. Large parking lot. Excellent breakfast with a good selection of fruits and drinks.

1. Very noisy. Our room was 209, we heard noise from the road and Highway 70 all night, and the noise of trucks parking next to the hotel. There was probably some kind of technical room under our room, so the walls and floor were vibrating, and it was terrible. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy, even though it is brand new. The mattress was too soft, but that's personal preference.

Excellent value and features, respectfully for a long stay.

We paid for "1 room with two queen beds" but they put us in a suite that had essentially a main room with the kitchen and couch that separated two bedrooms, one with two queen beds and another with a single bed. This was amazing and perfect for our family with three kids and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Full size fridge with freezer was great for ice for water bottles, and it even had a dishwasher, which we did use. Even better was that they had laundry facilities for free, which my wife loved on our 6 night stay. The included breakfasts were very good with a little bit of rotation on bacon, sausage links, patties, and egg styles. The waffle maker was a real hit with the kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again for our Denver trips! Oh yeah, the pool was great too - kids loved it.

Only a very minor gripe: the trash wasn't emptied in our room for a few days and we had to put the bag outside our room to be picked up.

It was good overall. A little expensive and bed was terrible but it was in a good location.

Comfortable and well appointed

Very comfortable well designed hotel with a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Room was well equipped & included a small kitchen area.

The first room we were given was right next to the lift which makes an annoying electronic noise every time the doors opened - we asked to move and were quickly given a quieter room.

Friendly staff, great central location ( especially since I had never been to Denver), ease of access to shopping or other areas.

The breakfast was good but they ran out of things often. Also no juice - you had to get it from the front desk.

Being close to the shopping/restaurants. Housekeeping was great.

I was overcharged from what my rate was that I booked.. We faced a street and could hear the traffic and cars all night.., the room I booked was not the room we received

Great Stay

Great location, complimentary breakfast, great rooms.

The hotel needs to put up signs on food limit. The clientele while I stayed was over piling plates, leaving dirty plates on the table. I felt bad for the attendant.

Would stay again.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly, location was good. I like value and feel like we got a great value. Late night milk shakes from the Five Guys across the street was a plus. We could just walk too. Oh, not a lot of noise. Even though our room was by the stairwell, it was quiet.

Bed wasn't terribly comfortable. Thermostat for AC had too wide a range for stop/start. I would wake up hot and then AC would kick on. It would cool to the set temperature and then not kick back on until it was noticeably warmer.

We had a comfortable stay in our large suite.

My sons and I appreciated the large suite with comfortable beds and the full kitchen. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great. I appreciated that they even had cranberry juice. Mia at the front desk was wonderful. She helped with any problem. The sofa bed frame was bent so we got a cot. All of us enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect. Great experience!

Great hotel, wonderful service, very helpful and all are super nice and kind. The hotel offer free laundry services (only need to buy pods). The breakfast is fantastic, and the general atmosphere is great. Keep on the good work!

This is my go to stay location when I come to work in Denver .

convenient location and lots of restaurants shopping and entertainment nearby. Target super store is across the street (walking distance) so you can get inside and then easily stock up the fridge

Disappointing

Nice job on the breakfast

Had a rough last night. People above us were totally loud vulgar and obnoxious. Staff ( did their best) had to call security to get the people above us to realize they were not the only people in the hotel that night..
